We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

GermanyWe had to pay for 3 x 0,33l bottles beer and for washing clothes (+ 30 €). Also, we booked a room for 3 persons, but only a double bed was available. So we took an extra room ( + 40 €).

FranceWe loved everything! Nothing to say here really! If we come back in this area of Switzerland, we will stay here again!
Our hosts were wonderful. They were extremely friendly and gave us plenty of tips on what to do in the region. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of home made jams and options. The master bedroom was very comfortable and the kids had another room to themselves. Everything was super clean. The view from the property is incredible and really worth it! There was a ping pong table. It was too early for the swimming pool though!

GermanyThe room did not match the online description. We were supposed to have two king beds and a sofa. But we got one king bed and sofa, so two of us had to sleep on the sofa.
The view from the window and terrace was amazing. The owner was very friendly. There was a fine parking spot. The breakfast was late but good. We got very good homemade marmalades.

GermanyAfter enticed by other reviews, we certainly had high expectations. Unfortunately, our expectations were not met. The accommodation, especially the bathroom, was not ideal. It was too hot for us to sleep. The breakfast was just ok. The road going up was quite winding and jammed with construction vans when we were there.
The host was friendly. The view was nice but the weather was not good enough for us to enjoy it.
