The room was hot as hell and extremely noisy. I couldn’t sleep at all. No working lights in the bathroom.

Location is great, very good connections to the nearest Bahnhof . It was clean. The bed was comfortable. My check in was after midnight in this self check in /check out is very convenient .

Hair dryer was not in a working condition. Hygiene was little bit compromising however they provided clean bedding. No reception or extension contact on site to inform regarding difficulties during stay. Key collection and key drop from a box which is literally behind the hotel :( and was difficult to find during night time due to bare minimum light

This place is located right opposite to tram station and train station is just 15min walk. District 1 is only 10 min with tram route

On the corridors people would leave their rubbish in bags outside the flats. That was unexpected and unsightly. There were probably foreigners living in the non-Swiss Star flats that don't know european rules.

They don’t provide any parking spots.So if you are traveling with your car.The only way to park your car is at the nearest parking lot.That will cost more than 30CHF per night.

It was designed by the intern: everything is somewhat bad. - the bed was too short, maybe 1.80m. just not quite long enough. And the headrest had parts coming off - the toilet is just a bit too high to comfortably sit on (avg. Sized male here, not to mention how it was for my smaller, female partner) - the shower curtain is outside of the shower, so water will pour down ok the floow - weird placements for power outlets on the wall - no light on the night stand - open light switch (as in "missing the plastic cover")

It was a (too small) bed in a warm room for a fair price with running hot water and good sound isolation to the outside. That's about it. You can stay in it, that works. Like survive. Without real comfort.

The rooms overseeing the street, where there's a tram track, are very uncomfortable. The sound of trams passing by is very loud. Trams are very frequent and work late at night and start very early in the morning. It was almost impossible for me to sleep when every minute or two a tram passes by and rocks the room. Not recommened for light sleepers like myself. For a deep sleeper that doesn't get bothered with this kind of noise, then this hotel is a very good choice, especially from a price perspective.

--Room was cold, heating needs to be upgraded, temperature was around 10 degree outside, I can't imagine what will be if temperature drops under 0degree. --Electrical system keep turn itself off, we lost elecriticity maybe 20times just for turning on TV. --There were only 2 outlets and barely working.

Location is good but broken shower head holder, holding the shower head all time no fun at all.

We made a reservation and immediately requested a parking space, following the instructions provided on Booking. However, I only received automated messages stating that they do not offer any parking service. I had to call them four times, and each time they confirmed that no parking service is available, leaving us to find a place to park our car. The customer support was not very helpful or friendly, and they did not suggest any alternative options.

In the description it says that you have free parking but it is just one place where you can park and they put on our car a sign that says that our car will be taken by the police😂 we called the receptionist and she was very nice trying to help us manage the problem because it was very late and she did what she could but we ended up parking it in a parkzone that costs us 30 CHF for the night..anyway, the room was very small, funny smelling, but as a result, it was ok for the price of the room.

Its was great as a location, close to the center and peaceful zone.
