We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

NetherlandsThe wifi login data was nowhere to be seen. I contacted the accommodation. They said it was on a sticker on the door. No sticker. I reported it again but got no response back, so I had no wifi fir the entire stay. The room smelled like cigarettes, specially the bathroom. The main door of the building is never locked, so it feels very unsafe. The shower had hot water for some time and then it switched to cold water. There was no TV remote (also reported, no answer back), so the TV was useless.

ItalyWe arrived and room wasn’t ready, we took the key and the door of the room was open and everything was a mess. We tried to find someone to help us and after half an hour we find the girl that clean the room and “did” what she has to do before. Then there wasn’t hot water for the all stay, I got a cold for this! we wrote to the hotel and told us that after the stay would have applied a discount for the inconvenience and now they don’t want to apply any discount! Such a shame

IsraelThe bed was horrible, the mattress should be changed et once. The refrigerator dud not work and the last day of our stay, too guys knocked on the door and told us that they came with a new refrigerator and they won’t to replace it. It means the management of the hotel knew about the problem and still let us stay , no one let as know that the refrigerator was broken, we bought same food and in the end it went to garbage. We demeaned compensation for that, also no one told us that the service people are coming to replace the freeg on our time. The tv did not worked as well. After all mentioned above, no recommendations for that place.
