Pathetic bed and mattresses. Even 2 person Cannot sleep properly. No parking available.

Instead of a single queen/king mattress there were 2 single mattress and both of which were in bad condition, there shape was sliding inwards towards each other . Cannot sleep properly. Parking was not available.

Location is so far for city center. And apartments boss didnt answer instantly. Apartments parking is so expensive, because we parked at other special parking better than so chip.

The wifi login data was nowhere to be seen. I contacted the accommodation. They said it was on a sticker on the door. No sticker. I reported it again but got no response back, so I had no wifi fir the entire stay. The room smelled like cigarettes, specially the bathroom. The main door of the building is never locked, so it feels very unsafe. The shower had hot water for some time and then it switched to cold water. There was no TV remote (also reported, no answer back), so the TV was useless.

It was extremely smelly, especially on Tuesday the 18th of june. The smell that day is without any doubt the worst smell I've ever felt in my whole life. The rooms had worms inside them.

the refrigerator in the room was not working, it was disappointing, old and dingy curtains in the room, the room also did not block out street noise very well and the floor was not clean.

I called the emergency phone number to get assistance to get the keys and no one answered the phone. Didn't received the code for the keybox. Had to find another hotel to sleep over

There was no shower head and the 3 days of my stay there were not enough to fix that. The interior of the room is layed out unpracticaly and unconfortably. Limiting choices with the power outlets.

Pillows were too small, curtains were about 30 cm above windowsill, so I was woken by the sunlight in the morning.

The customer service is the worst ever, they are manipulating customers, stating on website that booking is flexibel to change but then they don’t allow change, don’t fall for that commercial fraud

The instructions for the check in were pretty easy to follow, however it would be better to just also post some sign pointing towards the back door especially when one is checking in late at night.

This time, there was no key because they made a mistake with the code and I had to wait more than a half an hour until they gave me the right code. And there was a wet cleaning cloth inside the sink.

You could make it more cleaner and it would be wonderful to have a cattle and a fridge in the room. The shower was a bit small but the hall is very pretty and the location is good!

We arrived and room wasn’t ready, we took the key and the door of the room was open and everything was a mess. We tried to find someone to help us and after half an hour we find the girl that clean the room and “did” what she has to do before. Then there wasn’t hot water for the all stay, I got a cold for this! we wrote to the hotel and told us that after the stay would have applied a discount for the inconvenience and now they don’t want to apply any discount! Such a shame

The bed was horrible, the mattress should be changed et once. The refrigerator dud not work and the last day of our stay, too guys knocked on the door and told us that they came with a new refrigerator and they won’t to replace it. It means the management of the hotel knew about the problem and still let us stay , no one let as know that the refrigerator was broken, we bought same food and in the end it went to garbage. We demeaned compensation for that, also no one told us that the service people are coming to replace the freeg on our time. The tv did not worked as well. After all mentioned above, no recommendations for that place.

The appartment was not renovated whereas in the pictures it looked really new. The ceiling was dripping in a rainy day, one could smell cigarettes everywhere although smoking is not allowed. The appartment was not clean.
