Creaking sound when you walk in the rooms.

Old washing machine pay $5 chf . 2 hr try for drying not good so left all our clothes to our beds to get dry .

Breathtaking views middle of mountains ,creeks . Small town and so beautiful 😍 bus stop next to it, plus hotel have free bus coupons for free ride all the days we stayed .

The hotel was a bit out of the way. Its a 20 min walk from the main station and the only bus leaves every 30 mins. Its normally fine but with kids and luggage, if you miss the bus, either its another 30 mins wait or expensive taxi

The rooms were very big and comfortable. The view was awesome with large windows facing the beautiful mountain

Easy to find and location was great with lots of eating places close by including Supermarket. Close enough to walk into the centre area also. The place has character, staff were friendly and the resident St Bernard was so placid. Room was basic but roomy, we were on top floor with stunning views. No AC but can open glass doors to the balconies. Bed was comfortable, bathroom good size with strong pressure shower in bath. Bar and big lounge area was a good place to hang out. Good parking also.

Bathroom light was not working properly in our room.

The view was amazing from the room. And very big and spacious rooms, comfortable beds. Lift service, drinking water, microwave oven all these facilities provided here. Spacious and clean bathroom. Beautiful garden and good common area.

The room needed a serious refurbishment, the furniture looked like all the old leftover furniture had been put in the room, the TV didn’t work, a kettle with no cups! leaking sink, plugs didn’t work!!

i was Booked a Double bedroom and one single room maybe I don’t mention for how many people I booked it . we are three people and when i went there they don’t give us the room . they told me i can not stay two people in double room . if i want i need to pay more .. I don’t like this policy. otherwise everything is fine . No refrigerator! no television, they give one Hot water dispenser but no cup, no coffee, no teabags 😬..
