Fixtures in the room were in need of some repair (loose tiles in the bathroom, towel holder missing from one side of the vanity, wardrobe door hinge coming loose). Pillows were very flat, we needed to fold them over to make a bit more comfortable.

Location was a little out of centre of town but easy to get to by bus. Room was decently sized, we had a room in the 4th floor and it had a really nice view. There was a common dining room where we were able to grab some plastic bowls and cutlery for our own meals. Hotel cats and dog were adorable.

The facilities are a bit old.

The great location is very important. There are several restaurants nearby. Most importantly, the JUNFRAU view is perfect!

The information on booking.com is misleading. We expected 'faded granduer', as it's clearly a hotel that's seen better days. In reality it's also advertised locally as a backpacker hostel when you actually get there & that's more accurate a description. Shutters hanging off the building & all a bit 'bodge it'.

Reasonably priced for Switzerland, clean & good location.

Property was old with floor making quirky noises. Room was stinking a bit. Wash basin pipe was little jammed due to which water was flowing slowly. Price was on higher side compared to what it was worth.

Location was good and it had nice view. Water heater was provided in the room.

The noise in the Hall. They should minimize or cut the time of the backpackers partying by 12midnight BUT lasts until 3am. Really noisy.

The ST Bernard DOG!!! I Love him. Everybody loves him and Everything!! the View is amazing that you dont want to go anywhere. The staff are very helpful and fun.

Very old hotel. The big problem for us is the smell of dust and mold. 10 minutes by bus from Interlaken Ost train station, but the bus only came each 30 minutes. Walking sometimes is better.

Good value for money, big room and big bathroom. Kind staff.

I recently stayed in a room on the 3rd floor and, unfortunately, had a disappointing experience due to excessive noise during the night. There was constant floor noise from above, which made it difficult to sleep and left me feeling very unrested. This disturbance seriously affected the quality of my stay.

The room needs loads of maintenance. The decor is so tired. A shopping trolley was in one of the corridors. There is no obvious theme.

This hotel was the worst hotel we've ever done, for this price too expensive everything was bad, the condition of the table, the sofa pierced, plastic trash cans, just look at the pictures. Curtain holed and dirty. The Horrible Bed The closet had only one door, the shelves fell ..... the photo of the room in booking.com is not similar to what we had.

The hotel was very very old. May be 100 years ago it was a good resort but now is a very bad place to stay. 10 years and is the first time i make bad reports for a hitel
