No dislikes, we stayed in the apartment, it would have been nice to have a more comfortable sofa & some plants outside the windows as we were looking onto a brick wall.

The hotel room was extremely clean! The breakfast was wonderful, complete with freshly cut prosciutto every morning. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The location was halfway in between the train and the gondola. Both walking distance. The location was also walking distance to lost restaurants and shopping. The spa area was modern and well equipped.

There was a lot of noise from people on the street during the night so difficult to sleep with windows open but the windows were good at blocking the noise.

I requested a firmer pillow, I was told that's all they have, given the cost, a few pillow options wouldn't go amiss.

All very good, ski room superb, great sauna and steam room but the ''hot'' bath was anything but hot. Minor issue but you have asked.

The newly renovated spa and sauna is amazing! The staff were super helpful and friendly. We loved the variety at breakfast and the rooms were really clean and cozy.

Hotel was around 15 min walk from Zermatt Train Station. Room was clean and nicely furnished with a balcony. Staff were very pleasant and attentive. Great breakfast spread to get you going through the day. If you are bringing a lot of luggage, suggest inform the hotel ahead so that they can pick you up at the train station. The taxi ride is CHF10 and takes only 3-5 mins. Overall very nice hotel to stay in Zermatt and will certainly stay there again.

The wellness facilities are not fully operational yet, and are only open between 4 and 8 pm, and this wasn't obvious when booking. (We did get a discount for this without even asking for it though, so that was nonly a minor inconvenience).

The room was amazing and downright luxurious for what I normally get in Switzerland. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The location was in an easy walking distance from the train station.

That we couldnt stay for longer in this beautiful part of the world.

We loved everything about this property. We had a beautiful studio apartment which was perfect for our three night stay in Zermatt.Our room was located I the Ritz Chalet and was outstanding. The size of the room was perfect for two and was exceptionally clean and well equipped, allowing us to self cater if need be. Within walking distance to the Main Street with many cafe and restaurants. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning a stay in Zermatt.

We are forever grateful to the Matterhornblick for evacuating us from their hotel during this summer's flood which filled their basement and caused them to lose all power. They arranged for all of their guests to stay in another, more luxurious hotel at the same price as the Matterhornblick, and found a chef to make dinner for all of us in the new hotel's kitchen which wasn't normally open for dinner. With the roads and train still cut off, we were also allowed to stay for a second night at the Matterhornblick's rate. We will never forget their service and generosity in spite of all of the damage they must have suffered to their property. It speaks also to the values of all of their staff and to their owners. The hotel is in an ideal location, and I hope everyone will consider staying with them as soon as they are able to reopen.

Beautiful hotel, right in town. Amazing view of Matterhorn right from the balcony and room. Super friendly staff, she helped us with every question and request. Great breakfast and reasonably affordable compared to other hotels in the same location. Would recommend it for anyone. Pics are the view from our balcony in the evening and morning.

The steam room wasn't really working during out stay. I didn't mention it to the hotel because the finnish sauna was perfect!

Loved the property. Pristinely clean, great firm mattresses, lovely breakfast each morning and coffee/tea available 24/7. Loved the spa downstairs which we used each day after we got off the mountain. Also, the location was unbeatable. Would definitely recommend!
