Bed and pillow were too soft. For people with neck problem, this can be an issue.

Room and linen was neat and clean. Very comfortable stay. Breakfast was good and value for money, even though the menu is fixed. Good arrangement of a kitchen. Availability of snacks for a bite on the go. Good connectivity.

Check-in (3PM) is quite late than usual hotel check-ins; staff didn't approach me even though there had been 2 groups already which checked in which came after me

- Unreasonably expensive breakfast, and no complimentary breakfast - No freezer in the kitchen. Lack of fridge space (my lasagna got eaten by someone else)

- Cleanliness - The kitchen facilities - Location was pretty good (it's like 5 stops from Zurich HBF), although this trip will set you back more than £4 one way! - Friendly and warm staff - Feels safe and like your stuff isn't going to get stolen

The hotel is far from the centre and walking would take a long time. At least is still inside of the same zone and you can use a normal ticket, but you will still need bus/sbahn.

Cleanness, facilities, and general structure of the hotel was very good. The shared rooms are ideal for group people. It also has a shared kitchen which is quite nice.

Not really a shortcoming as Breakfast was great. But when you stay for a few days, you get bored of the repetitive menu. A menu on rotation (every other day) would have been the cherry on the cake. Over weekends, shortage of some items were noted

Appreciated the concern for the environment through the sustainability programme, overall very welcoming and helpful staff, the asian origin guy doing breakfast went the extra mile to please the kids with pancakes and explaining how the machine works - hat's off

Breakfast range was poor and no vegan options or dairy free options available. Soundproofing of rooms was not good, especially related to the entrance door.

The bathroom was little dirty but It was about my roommates. Maybe it would be better to inform people to keep everywhere as clear as possible. There was no lock for the cabinet. You should bring your own lock.

The hotel was good and new one probably. You can take a train from the city center and it takes only 10mins. You need to talk around 2mins from the train station. It was one of the cheapest option in Zurich with good quality in my opinion. I stayed in 4 beds room and it was comfortable. My bed was comfortable enough. The hotel stuff was very friendly and helpful. I asked some questions and they answered with pleasure. There is also kitchen in reseption and you can use it if you would like to cook for yourself.

Everything was at least "good". Breakfast and bar menu could've been more diverse. Kitchen was small and usually was crowded; larger trash bins in the kitchen would do wonders since those get filled quickly.

Very pleasant stay. Friendly staff. Comfortable room, great WiFi connection, great connection to the city downtown. I liked presence of useful notes throughout the building.
