The room. The bed is comfortable. The bathroom's clean. I just want to say, I love the windows. The small kitchen is a nice idea even though it's for common use. I like it. The breakfast is super. And the place is well lighted, open and with nice big windows.

1.Due to proximity to the station, means that it is loud when the trains pass by. 2. Very warm during the summer, and we cannot control the AC due to it being centralized. Staff was super nice, and provided us a fan. Due to train noises, we didn't want to open the window. 3.Faucet stream was very weak (Room 303)

Rooms were very hot. we stayed during a heat wave. Near the train station, but wasn’t a good view and not a lot with in walking distance.

No air conditioning or fan in the room as temperature was above 30 degree in the afternoon.

overall hotel is nice clean and newly built. Staffs are helpful.

The room temperature was too warm and centrally controlled. We asked the front desk to lower it. And we requested a fan. That helped but after a couple days it was too hot again. Also garage parking was 25 Euro a day and there wasn't enough public parking.

The breakfast buffet was good but available for a fee. The US doesn't provide buffet since COVID. However, it was European style food.

The room was clean but not quiet was it was right next to a train track. The area where the hotel was located does not have dining spots and the menu provided by the hotel had very little options.

The hotel has available parking for 25 Swiss francs. This is affordable compared to the usual fees.

We only stayed there for a night as we had to stay in Zurich on our way to somewhere else. The room was pretty much how we expected it. We were 4 people and did not want to spend a fortune on sleeping for just one night and this was exactly that.

It was difficult to find from train station because of construction in the area and confusing road signs in Maneg platz square. Maybe signage earlier on would help

- no locks for the lockers, but you can buy them from the vending machine - eco friendly so no airconditioning - opening the window helps but it's super noisy from the people drinking outside

Sometimes it gets a bit too noisy when you stay at the railroad side when trains come and go right outside the window till late at night and very early in the morning. Guests may specify to book rooms on the other side of the building so to stay away from the railroad.

It is in 10-minute walking distance to our son's house and right next to the train station, therefore it is really convenient to hop on and off the train to visit our family and go to downtown area to do shopping.
