We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

It is very close to the train station. Easy check-in. They have a shared kitchen which we used a lot for dinner. You can store the food in their shared refrigerator. Overall, great stay, and would recommend it!

TurkeyThe communal kitchen had all the necessary utensils. It's nice. However, because it is used by many people, it naturally wears out. It can be ensured that the kitchen and the items in the kitchen stay cleaner.
The staff were helpful and friendly. The view from our room was beautiful. Price/performance was good for Zurich. It was very close to the train station. With the S4, the center could be reached in 15 minutes.

Its close to the train station. Though trains to center are sometimes after 20 minutes so planning day trips from Zurich adds 30-40 minutes to travel time from hotel. Room was standard meninger. Nothing special. Beds are not that comfy. No double bed or double duvet.

FranceI liked everything. It's pretty expensive for a shared room, but Zurich is very expensive no matter what, and I booked late, so that may explain the price in part.
I stayed in a 4 person female room and it was good. The other person in the room was always asleep when I arrived and left early, so we didn't meet. The bed was comfortable and the curtains were effective. It's a convenient location to get into the city (~15 mins on the train, costs 4.40chf, frequent during the day, every 30 minutes in the evening). I didn't use the bathrooms or any of the common facilities. Also didn't connect to the wifi or eat breakfast, so I'm not sure about those things.
