A wonderful hotel in just a perfect location, with the kindest most helpful staff you could hope you. The room itself was a bit small, but who cares I was on the mountain all day! The beautiful shared facilities, like the hot tub and the pool, were really great. I would stay here again without a second thought.

My only feedback is more of my personal preference. Mattress is soft & pillow was too soft to my liking, thankfully I am able to use the small sofa cushion for a firmer pillow substitute.

The location is fantastic, the FO Stephanie was lovely, so are the other team members, driver, restaurant staff, very friendly, made me feel like home. The room was clean, bathroom spotless, nice welcome note too. Best part is the pool & love the jacuzzi, where you have a clear view outside, it’s snowing & you are in the hot tub :-) very relaxing after a day around the village.

the hotel is close to train station, just about 8 minutes walking, and also close to shopping area and restaurants. The view from our rooms are superb, we can see the Mattherhorn😍 The staffs are so friendly and helpfull. We love the view around the hotel 👍

Loved everything about this hotel.

The staff are fantastic! They tend to every request immediately! The food was excellent as well. We highly recommend this hotel as you will not be disappointed! Finally, the view of the Matterhorn is phenomenal!!!

The hotel’s location is perfect - near the main street but quieter. The room (Junior suite) was spacious and comfortable and had a very nice view of the Matterhorn. The hotel room was perfectly clean and had everything needed. The hotel staff and owners are very friendly, accommodating and helpful. Very nice and always smiling staff. Breakfast was excellent with a great selection of fresh fruit, vegetables, cereals, breads, types of egg preparations, ham, cheese, and pastries. The hotel offers spa and wellness facilities, modern gym, and a heated swimming pool. Perfect after a day hike. Great hospitality and a charming hotel. Look forward to my next visit!

Best hotel we stayed in Switzerland during our recent trip. 5 star hotel with best room with the best view of Matterhorn. Enjoyed all the amenities from sauna, swimming pool, etc All staff are professional & very friendly specially the receptionists. Thanks for making our Zermatt trip memorable!

Room was very small for the price. Mine had a single twin mattress and barely room to walk around. Maybe this is a Zermatt thing. I had come from Chamonix and Interlaken and the rooms were cheaper and much larger.

Comfortable cozy room. Had indoor heated pool and jacuzzi. Staff was excellent and helped me with some local hiking suggestions. Breakfast was great. They make you custom omlettes and have a good spread of other pastries and stuff. Coffee was meh!

The view from our mountain view room was amazing. it had a clear view of Matterhorn. The balcony to our room opened in the street which had a stream of water flowing right beneath us and above that was the Matterhorn.

The location was perfect… a few minute walk from the train station, the Matterhorn view from our balcony was unbelievable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. After a day of hiking the spa was a nice treat.

The front desk staff and bar/restaurant staff were absolutely amazing! The view of the Matterhorn off the balcony was spectacular. We also decided to extend our stay by an extra night and the front desk was nice enough to make that happen -- and even got us into the new room before the checkout for our original room (which was not available for the extra night). All around wonderful experience!
