It was what we expected

We were las at breakfast and there was little left. The roomed a decent size but with three beds in it there was little space left. Piotta is a semi-deserted small village where there is little to do or to see.

Super easy to find hotel. only a few kilometers from Southside of the tunnel. perfect halfway point when traveling from Germany to Italy.

Breakfast could have been better, we came rather late that morning and most was already gone and nothing got filled back up. Dinner was very limited in choice and quality wasn't great (very affordable though)

Rooms were more than sufficient, standard hotel stuff. Free parking in front of building, very close to highway and Gotthart tunnel. Spacious and simple hotel.

The rooms were not clean. Hairs in the sink, on the pillow and also on the sheets. Also the floors were dusty and there were definitely remainders from the previous guests on the bathroom floor (bread pieces etc.).

Dinner had very limited choice but what we did have was OK. Breakfast a bit of a let down as there was a coach party in at the same time. Very little food left & nobody was replenishing it. Only one member of staff seemed to be responsible. For the price we paid, I would have expected better.

Large room, very comfortable beds. Clean & tidy. Good location for Gotthard Tunnel Staff helpful.

Staff were all very friendly and the hotel is a perfect stopover for a driving holiday. Big bank of Tesla chargers and secure storage for bicycles. Bicycle room has all the kit you need to maintain and prepare your bikes. Very impressed. Breakfast and dinner options all very tasty

Great Location for an overnight stopover. Staff was accomodating of my large vehicle and let me park in the grass across from the parking lot.

This is a hotel for single overnight stays and it is billed as a Motel. It is therefore understandable that the rooms are all identical and that they are somewhat small. Also, there is no aircon. It is therefore not really ideal for a longer stay. For Switzerland, it proved to be excellent value and what it does provide is great. We would definitely go back.

Breakfast and the common areas in the hotel are excellent. There are very comfortable chesterfield chairs but limited space to sit outside. We had three evening meals which were good value and very generous portions. All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly, but this, or course, is in the Italian part of Switzerland !

Extremely convenient location outside the gotthard tunnel. Plenty of parking space. Everything is designed for practicality. Does what it says on the tin. Drive in. Eat. Sleep. Eat. Leave. Dinner options are limited and very basic but actually tasted surprisingly good. I would stay here again. Extremely expensive for the level of the facilities but it's Switzerland, where everything is expensive.

Not really any Local facilities such as a restaurants or bars other than the hotel, the large and very red service station in front of the hotel detracts from otherwise great views of the valley.

Hotel conveniently located for a stopover with plenty of parking.
