The breakfast could’ve had a little more of a selection and our beds were not made not sure if it’s bc it’s suppose to be a hostel or maybe I missed the memo however trash was taken out every day. No smart tv. We were not able to connect our phones to tv :( So We were stuck watching German shows. We do not speak it. For the cost of the room you would think tv would be updated. But if that’s not a deal breaker for you. Book the room!

Clean, close to bus station. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. Toilets were on same floor, hair dryer was available in shower rooms for use.

The hostel is in a great location, between tri-cable gondola station and mountain railway going up to Eiger Gletscher (then to Jungfraujoch). The hostel rooms are clean and simple with shared showers and toilets. There is a bar / grill bar next door for sausage and fries. It worked well for our visit to see the Eiger and would be great for ski trips. It’s a 7 min walk from the rail station up from interlaken.

No elevator for Eiger lodge easy.

The room and shared bathroom are very clean. There are enough bathrooms for guests. The breakfast was better than expected. The location is outside the city center, but it's easy to take the bus, and the accommodation provides tickets based on the number of guests. I forgot my bag and passport, but the accommodation kept them safe for me, and everything was intact. Very impressive!

The bar being closed most nights is kinda lame when the lodge is a decent walk from town.

The free breakfast was great and the opportunity to use the spa in town was awesome after a long day hiking.

The kitchen only has microwave and kettle. Otherwise it will be perfect. The shower is in the basement. So it’s always a walk to the shower.

The hostel is foot step away from the Terminal station, which makes it easy to get up to the mountains. The room is simple but cozy. The breakfast buffet is amazing and there is free coffee and fruit available all day.

This property has a river right behind it, offering stunning views from that spot. The staff speaks excellent English and is incredibly helpful.

The breakfast at the property was enjoyable, and while the location is a bit far from the main town, it's conveniently close to the cable car station. The room was cozy and warm, and the shower had excellent hot water.

It is technically just next to the Grindelwald Terminal. The view from the premise is stunning. The breakfast was fantastic, including varieties of breads, spreads, yogurts, cheeses, cereals, juices, milk, etc. the front desk was very helpful and informative. You will get a guest card after Check-in which you can use for local buses (boarding at Grindelwald terminal). In less than 10 min, you will reach Grindelwald town or Grindelwald First. There is a supermarket in the Grindelwald terminal which is convenient . There is a common dining area in Eiger Lodge where there is a microwave and fridge and some cutleries which guests can use. The shared bathroom is clean and shower gel is provided. Towels are available for a fee.

Not having a toilet in the room and not having a bathroom on the same floor is somewhat uncomfortable.

The dorm room with 4 beds was spacious. The breakfast was also decent but not exceptional.

Breakfast was very impressive with a buffet of cereals, eggs, fruit, yoghurt, bread and spreads and a coffee machine! Facilities were excellent with a pool table and darts, which the kids (little and big) really enjoyed

If you're staying in a top bed in the dorm rooms the space between the bed and the room ceiling is very small so for people that are taller it is a bit unconvenient.

Nice location with big terrace and overall very good facilities. It is close to the Grindelwald Terminal station and the town is easily reached with the many bus connections. If you want to go up to Jungfraujoch this is a perfect spot. Nice breakfast, welcoming and friendly staff.

There are a lot of groups and families , so for a solo traveler, it might not be the best social .

The location is beautiful and close to the terminal! Very comfy. Also, breakfast was good, staff was nice and worked very well and it was clean. Also, it is one of the cheapest hotels in town.

The communal showers were dark and dingy, not inviting at all. Luckily, there are also women's (and men's) separate showers that were in a better shape.

I especially liked the versatile and plentiful breakfast with both fresh fruits, eggs, local cheese and ham. Good value for the money. The staff was helpful and super nice. The location close to the train and lifts was great for exploring the surroundings and do some hiking in the area. The room was clean and common areas cleaned daily. The dormitory I stayed in had plenty of space and a lockable cupboard (with a returnable 5 frang coin).
