Great location with access to the main station and several tram lines. Markthalle is just round the corner for an eclectic selection of food options and the station also offers various outlets and a supermarket. The hotel is really smart, staff were lovely, and check-in was swift. The room was really spacious and light with plenty of cupboard space, desk, etc. The bathroom was a good size with excellent shower and surprisingly good toiletries. The bed was comfortable, the room was a good temperature, and I was pleased to find a wide selection of English TV channels available. Breakfast was excellent and offered lots of choice.

The cleanliness((I don’t know how they cleaned the room when at the end of the day it was always too dusty.You can find attached photo as a proof of this👇My suggestion for manager please take attention on this not to spoil reputation of such a nice place.

The location is super 5 minutes from train station, feeling safe and comfortable. The view from windows so beautiful and romantic. The breakfast was excellent, so many options every day.

Lovely hotel. Our room was spacious and comfortable. The location was perfect, across the road from the main train station and tram stops, so easy access to the city centre. We have stayed before and will do again when we visit Basel.

The facilities were lovely, and access to the gym was useful as I like to go regularly. Easy to leave luggage in storage while not checked in, this was very helpful for myself. Location was perfect being right next to the train station and trams, though I chose to walk most place. View from room was great and really added to the stay. I went to one of the in hotel restaurants and had an amazing dinner with a great environment

Tv systems only works with android phones and as 2 travellers with iPhones this was really disappointing- in this day and age you should be able to use streaming apps in hotels regardless of your phone make

Parking is too expensive, 35chf per day. At some moments it was very warm in room and you can not adapt temperature too much. I asked for room with a view because it was New Years eve but I didn't get one.

Location is great. Right on the main train and bus station from airport but also 10 min walk to old town. Room was soundproof and we slept great without waking up. Very clean and comfortable. Great complementary coffee and water in room.

Very clean & modern. Beautifully decorated with good facilities, location was great too 5 min walk from the train station and only a 20 minute bus ride from the airport. They also give you passes for free transport around the city for buses & trams. Really friendly and helpful reception too and they let you leave your luggage with them until your room is ready or if you have to wait for your flight after check out.

Some of the basic room items were missing when I arrived like bottle opener. Also the usual items (like water bottles, slippers, milk packs etc.) were not regularly replaced. Room heater was not so good (even after putting the setting to full warm option).

Location is good. its near to the SBB train station in Basel. Internet wifi is also good, Rooms are spacious. Toilets are good.
