Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Couldn’t figure out aircon/heating system so it was quite hot in the room
Great central location near the station and car hire, but not loud. The rooms and common areas in the hotel look lovely. Friendly and helpful staff. Check out at 12 which is nice. Spacious modern room with big tv, wine glasses, Nespresso etc

That we couldn’t stay longer as we had to leave again.
New and modern hotel, the staff is amazing everytime we stay there. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are all good. Great value for money!

Fantastic location about 2 mins walk from main train station and tram stops. Really lovely room with great amenities. Staff so helpful and friendly. Real focus on being sustainable- even the room keys are wood. Absolutely recommend this hotel.

Private functions being held downstairs which caused a lot of noise throughout the building.
Loved the room and the bathroom. Very clean, neat and modern. Staff was also very friendly and accommodating.

If you get a room facing the office building, you literally have people staring into your room the whole day. But if you get a room facing the other direction, the view is stunning.
If you arrive early before the room is ready, you can use the showers in the basement spa to freshen up and change for any meetings you might have.

Nothing - we has a great stay.
The staff were absolutely brilliant. They were friendly, professional and unfailingly helpful. The hotel is very well situated for exploring the city and is convenient to the main railway station (SBB) and central tram terminal. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the buffet breakfast on offer was excellent.

Our sink was a bit clogged so water needed more time to go down. Also one day our room wasn't cleaned while we were out the whole day, so we needed to just ask for extra towels as there was not time at the evening that they clean it.
The interior and hotel was really nice. I liked the breakfast and bar.

Staff was not helpful.. I entered parking, called staff and she said it’s full. My friend came 5 mins after and told me there are plenty of spaces. I had to walk to public parking, pick up car and drove back to hotel parking. The next day after check out I was asking a staff at reception and she was responding in very ignorant manner.. worst staff in all hyatt hotel I have been staying.

Nothing, Really enjoyed our time there.
Stayed here as a treat on an inter-rail trip (a bit more luxury than usual), great location for the station. Short 10 minute walk to the buzz of the Christmas market. Worked really well. Breakfast to the room also was delightful. :).
