Brutalist building looks unpromising on the outside (but inside was a pleasant surprise).

Reasonable location at a decent price. Nice rooms, good beds and bathrooms. Common areas modern and friendly looking. Good breakfast buffet in informal setting. Surprisingly quiet.

Moxy is probably one of the nearest hotel to SGKB arena where, IM 70.3 venue is. Near but still had to walk almost 1 km. Room is simple and basic like all the modern budget boutique hotel except its super expensive. Breakfast was excellent with good spread. Staffs are very friendly. There are very limited parking inside the building which is shared with other offices. Parking fee is exorbitant 30 CHF per nite. There is public parking about 500m away which cost 10 CHF per 24 hours. Never had any opportunity to stroll around town as it was raining all day for few days.

Kudos to the staff at Moxy Rapperswil for their exceptional care during our stay. The hotel is conveniently located near the center of Rapperswil. The rooms are very clean; however, note that Moxy does not have an in-room fridge or kettle. Thankfully, the amazing staff are always ready to assist with any needs. The bed was comfortable, and we had everything we needed in the room. We will surely be back.

I would have liked to have had one closet to hang clothes rather than just the open-rack system in the room.

The location was fantastic, and the modern vibe of the hotel was perfectly captured by the choice of decoration and furniture. The 24-hr bar/reception was a nice touch, and everyone that worked there was super nice and helpful.

Comfortable bed, great shower The hotel is fairly new, the lobby bar is very cozy and the breakfast quite good. Nice terrace with room for several guest groups.

I'm very happy with the stay at the Moxy, however the only negative point for me personally was the firmness of the bed. I like to have a firm bed and pillows however the bed had a new level of firmness that I have never encountered in a hotel. The pillows were also nice and firm, but a little too firm for my taste and for those reason I could not sleep that well during my stay.

Breakfast was served in the large communal area at the bar/reception on the ground floor and the breakfast offerings were pretty good. A good variety of "continental" breakfast offerings, breads, cereal, fruits, yoghurts, egg, bacon and sausages. And of course a selection of coffee, tea and juices.

I like the location very close to the lake, the staff were very accommodating I liked the vibe to moxy hotel and the interior cool and fun. I would definitely recommend people to stay.
