The temperature in the room was to high and you couldn't modify it. We slept with the window open and it was also too hot. The wifi can also be bad at times. it's a bit hard to reach by foot, 30 mins walk from the city center.

The room is modern and very clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. They have an office room near the lobby which is very helpful if you need to get some work done. There is a really good pastry shop just outside the hotel.

My daughter had broken her leg skiing. Moxy breakfast room with its sunshine and great view of the Haut de Cry peak was a great place to hang out whilst awaiting return home.

Location is a bit outside the city. Be prepared to walk 30 min until reaching the city center. Also we didnt get so lucky as one of the sides of the hotel rooms gives directly to a gas station.

I locked the toilet door while I was inside and it jammed, I thought of calling reception, but I left my phone in the room, luckily after about 5 minutes of trying I managed to free myself. But it was fun for me to experience such a terror.

Hotel is located in a pretty good place, the room is not a big one, but still it was comfy and enough for one person to relax.

No storage at all. I mean to cupboard or any storage whatsoever. Only good for 1 night stay or small city break. Cleaning team was very loud and making a-lot of noises early morning. In addition to this she had her kid with her running around and shouting. not very professional.

The ventilation/AC in the room was very loud and could not be switched off, which was really annoying.

Most of the reviewers found the bed too hard bit it was perfect for my taste.

Very poor breakfast

Clean and friendly environment. We were offered a free drink at the arrival. Hair shampoo AND conditioner at the bathroom for free. Convenient ironing room.

Every time I asked for something (parking, food, wine) they requested my credit card although they had blocked a large deposit when I checked in. This is Switzerland!

Tourist tax wasn't included so had to be paid separately on arrival so allow for this 2.50CHF per person, per night. I found the pillows to be uncomfortable but my travelling companion was fine so this is purely subjective. The location was a little outside the town centre which meant we stayed on site for food for the night (I'd preferred to have gone to a separate bar/restaurant). A taxi from/to the railway station cost us 20CHF each way which took 5 minutes when quiet and 10 minutes during rush hour.

The hotel was relatively cheap for Switzerland and our rate included breakfast. The check-in process was smooth. Staff were friendly and helpful and spoke several languages including English. Our room was clean, quiet and comfortable and the shower was good too. Diabled access was excellent with lifts to all floors. Separate guest laundry/ironing facilities were also present on our level too. A welcome drink was provided on arrival - we both opted to have a small beer, which was nice. Breakfast food selection was excellent and the coffee was good. Breakfast started from 6.30am and was busy by 7am when we went down but plenty of food was available and there was sufficient seating that there was no issue finding a table. On leaving, the receptionist was able to arrange a taxi to the railway station which arrived within minutes.

The organization in general, the ambience is very good. But most importantly the staff with there rules and tolerance, or flexibility to accommodate my wishes are exceptional. Surpised me very much, and I can recommend this Hotel to anyone from anywhere. Thank you that was very pleasant. Eugen

the building itself is ugly and squashed between apartment blocks in a concrete jungle ! The breakfast area was UNDERSTAFFED, leaving 3/4 of the seated areas inside & outside with dirty tables, dozens of trays with dishes & leftovers … the breakfast buffet was lated out in a chaotic manner, practically empty shelfs and plates extremely unappetising, empty juice & coffee machines … with still ONE HOUR of official breakfast time to go ! The poor girl employed in the dining area was more or less on her own & not coping very well, and little to no time to smile !

the room was clean, modern with comfortable beds although too compact with little room between the twin single beds, no table nor chair … confortable rabbit hutch !
