Train passes right next to the hotel, so that it is not really quiet.

If you are a light sleeper the train passes close by. However it does not run in the middle of the night. It dis not bother us as we are used to this sound.

Location was very good and the staff were nice and helpful. Rooms are a bit dated however clean and the bed was comfortable.

The hotel does not look very nice from outside but the inside makes up for it. Very cosy and clean and nice details! The bathrooms are a little dated but as they are very clean it’s still ok.

The room was warm because it was summer so I had to open the windows because there was no air conditioning. With the proximity to the train station, you can hear every train passing the hotel (fortunately only about once per hour and not between midnight and sunrise).

Great location near the lake and train station. Many restaurants within walking distance.

Very oldfashioned; bathroom and furniture look like directly from the 70‘s. Breakfast rather lame/not special.

Very good location, friendly and helpful staff. Room size was ok and it was clean. There is a nice garden on the 1st floor where you can have drinks or even eat dinner. Dinner was quite good. Despite the trains passing right in front of the building, I did not hear them with window open during the night.

A little dated but part of its charm. Think mid century Barbie decor!

Very helpful staff. Close to all amenities in Rorschach. Having lived in Rorschacherberg for 14 years we new the area very well. Our dog also had a great time travelling with us. Only problem is we are now back in Scotland and the weather is much colder!

The hotel is quite dated and the restaurant was very quiet. This was fine for us but might not suit some.

They were dog friendly -our dog was allowed in the restaurant which makes life so much easier. The food and the service in the restaurant was excellent.

-Lake view means you are literally next to the train tracks! Which means a train passes by every 10-15min. So, not good for the light sleepers. -You have to book in advance for breakfast in the main room, otherwise you have to go to the further small dining room. -Swiss prices...

-We had a very nice lake view (It is worth the extra 20chf/night imo). -Hotel has its own garage, which is a huge plus for people with cars (it is somewhat tight, like most such garages in CH). -Breakfast was good, but not spectacular. Seeing the reviews we were expecting a bit more... -Room was comfy, although it was starting to show its age. -Wifi was really good.

The décor is tired and tiles in the bathroom are broken but everything was clean. Bikes had to be left in a public car park rather than a locked space.

Bathroom could do with a bit of an update, particularly the shower/bath, which was a bit confusing to turn on and off.

Had a wonderful stay at Hotel Mozart. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Bed was ultra comfy (nice and firm) and I was surprised to find my room had a beautiful lake view. Breakfast was simple but really good quality. Hotel is on the train line and there are nearby roadworks but electric shutters, blackout curtains and good windows block out nearly all of the light and noise. Felt so relaxed and comfortable here I wish I could have stayed longer!

It is in an excellent location, walking distance to everything. We were travelling by bike and they have good facilities to store bikes.

There is no elevator from the basement, only in the hotel.

Lovely place, stuff are always nice and friendly. The rooms are comfortable, clean and nice. The breakfast is with large selection and they can prepare the own needs. Basement parking garage, City center, Lake view.
