Bathroom Is too small, uncomfortable to use the washing basin and the tap. Could not use the restaurant as staff said it was booked. Breakfast was OK but not much of a variety.

Location. Bed and pillow. Shower and heating were good. All TV programs available. Good sound proofing windows. Slick idea that your room key can be used for the back entrance door on weekends. Staff are very helpful and attentive.

Building closed at 11:30 so we couldn't be out as late as we wanted. Service for the hotel was minimal since the staff focused on the restaurant.

still a decent 10 min walk from the train station, which is normally not a problem except we had 6 big luggages :") lift was also small (understandable tho!!) so moving up with luggage takes a while.

staff were super friendly, room was very clean and comfortable, breakfast was filling and AMAZING. Walking distance to many city centre attractions, food nearby was good too. Amazing for price

I and my friend really happy to stay. The room and bed are very good comfortable. We enjoyed our stay. We love fabulous breakfast, as beautiful breakfast table setting and very tasty food. We surely will stay in the hotel again whenever we will visit Luzern.

Our hotel is different than the reception area (also where the breakfast is offered), but not a big deal, just 2 minutes walk.

Big clean room and bathroom, central location near attractions, very good breakfast to start the day, paid parking near the hotel. It has an elevator.

Breakfast selection is limited. Very few meat but lots of carbohydrates. The reception is our server in the morning. She does everything. Excellent multitasking skills. A bit pricey!

the 1st room i was given had a strong noise, maybe the heating system. lucky other room was available and it was possible to make a change to a more a “silent” room

Great location, easy to locate and its near the main train station. Attractions at your doorstep. We stayed at the other Annex which is closer to the Chapel Bridge. Room is clean and seem like its newly renovated. Comfy bed and excellent shower. Breakfast spread was amazing.
