Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

We were looking forward to a nice meal at the Manu restaurant for my wife's birthday, but for some reason it did not open up the day we were there without any prior notice! Had to look around for another place to eat, which was disappointing.
We enjoyed the Junior suite that we booked, with the space and size of the bathroom. The friendly reception as always as we have stayed in this hotel numerous times on our way back to Hong Kong. Very convenient with our rental car and almost next to the airport.

The transparent bathroom door looking directly to the shower is not very convenient when traveling with family. The breakfast content was poor, not very fresh and super expensive
It is possible to use the free closed parking which is very practical. The room was comfortable

The room was very small, but comfortable and quiet. It is a big advantage to have the parking included. Price is good compared to the other hotels in the area.

No possibility to use the AC in winter, although it heats up in the room quite a bit. Beds are super hard, we woke up with backache, curtains did not close properly.
Private parking for free, clean room, coffee machine and 2 pots available

Reasonable value for the money. Room was small, but clean and comfortable enough. Location was fine and is adjacent to a good pizza restaurant. Hotel is located within walking distance of other restaurants choices.

The air conditioner was “dirty”. We were sneezing and when we turned it off it was too hot.
The location was great for us. We were travelling from Zurich to Prague and it was very close to highway.

We only stayed for one night as a stopover during our trip, but it turned out to be a more enjoyable stay than expected. The hotel was right off the highway exit, and there was a delicious pizzeria and a cafe next door. We stayed as a family of four, and it was very helpful that the extra bed wasn't a sofa bed.

I would have liked some tomatoes or beans to go with the cooked breakfast but other than that no complaints
The breakfast had enough choice to get by with . The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly . Aswe had no luggage or belongings we were given a toothbrush and loaned telephone cables for our mobiles

The food variey at breakfast was rather limited for a 4 star hotel.
Very dedicated staff who helped us with anything we've asked. We had dinner at the hotel's resturant which was rather good.

Everything was on our expectations,
Free parking at basement, receptionist easy to communicate good sized room, toilet shower was clean, main road location and bus stop was across the road to get to main train station, room service was very good, breakfast was excellent.
