Location wise... there is nothing really much going on in the surroundings. Well, except brothels and some low end caffee... but I was looking for something else.. and you need to go to the city for that, which is cumbersome, as you have to take the car or the bus...

A very relaxing time I had here. Very comfortable. No perfume in the sheets or in the room (i am allergic and can't stand most perfumes) Great parking at the hotel. Had a chat with the cook... it was cool

Very far from city , Staff & reception were not so friendly , we had to wait long time till someone appear to check us in , Hotel is near local house you could hear them talking!! The customer service is far below acceptable

There was a very bad odor in the bathroom. The sink was leaking. There was only a winter duvey for the bad but the emploee was very helpful and gave me extra sheets instead :)

Door to terrace broken and showed evidence of a break in as the wooden frame was cracked and door could not be locked. Towels frayed and showed signs of wear. Fan very noisy and not easily controlled. Safe locked in open position so we could not use. Location good for our purposes but not a nice part of town. Breakfast OK but not worth the cost except for convenience.

Owners are clearly making an effort and staff was very friendly and helpful with our questions. Parking was secure, private and easy to access. Bed comfortable and bathroom recently remodeled.

The beds are very hard, at one point during the night I contemplated sleeping on the floor as the carpet looked softer than the bed. The neighbours were having a party with a live band which was not the fault of the hotel however our room was so close you could hear the conversations of the neighbours. The party went until 6am the next morning and when we asked to change rooms we were told they were fully booked despite being able to book rooms through booking.com for that night.

As a gay couple we were confronted by a gentleman at the reception, who raised an eyebrow while he discovered it was one double bed for two men. He was direct and it was quite unpleasant (understatement). The beds were hard, the bed linnen smelled heavily of bleach: I had an allergic reaction (normally I don’t).

The bed was like sleeping on concrete, the most uncomfortable sleep, the room wasn’t very clean. Luckily we only stayed one night, I would not recommend.

The only thing I didn't like was accessibility of the hotel itself. The streets in the area are a nightmare, and the place is super hard to get into and out of. If you make a wrong turn, you're looking at miles of U-turns and maneuvering to get another crack at it. It really inhibited the desire to go find a restaurant.

The parking was fine. In Europe, particularly inner cities, parking can be a real headache, but they have their own lot, and it wasn't a problem. They have an excellent restaurant, reasonably priced, and the food was wonderful. The room had AC, not a given in Europe, which really made our stay comfortable. Plenty of plugs and charging stations, chairs, a desk and a table, and the cleanliness was immaculate.

Evertjing was perfect

Amazing hotal, very friendly people at the front desk especially Pantha Very clean hotel and smelt beautiful, the room was big and the bathroom was so lovely. Close to Lake Zurich in the car. Definitely will book here when we come again

If you want to stay near Zurich during your trip , you can't find better place. 20 minutes by car to Zurich city center, without traffic, beautiful and large room, great parking, easy access to the highway, clean. It was definitely above our expectations. Even if you want to stay in Zurich for longer - you can consider this place as it has really great access to city center and you pay much less than there, with having great accommodation. It is "just" a hotel - so if you are looking for fancy features, pools, great lobby bar etc - then look somewhere else, but if you need to sleep well, with fantastic conditions - then you have found your place :)

The room was smelly. It was not properly clean. It seems that the bed was not given fresh sheets, the surfaces hat stains from former inhabitants (spilled drinks, stains in bath), Breakfast should cost 20 Franken. As a business traveler, this is far beyond any budget. Especially when you cannot invest much time for breakfast.

I like the location at all. it is close to the customer I had to visit. The staff was nice, but a bit unorganized. No problems in check in and check out. Free parking is valuable in this area, as parking lots are rare.

I do not recommend this hotel - the mood is spoiled. One star for friendly staff. The room is super small - about 8 square meters. When booking, the photo was completely different. The glass door to the bathroom is much smaller than the opening, the bathroom is not insulated - all sounds and smells can be felt in the room. Regarding smells. There is a terrible stench of sewage - ventilation does not help. The water in the sink does not drain. The pillows were uncomfortable
