Staircase a bit tight and no elevator but they accomodated us on rhe first floor so was ok.

For a 2 stars, we thought was quite good. Staff friendly and helpful, the room is small and a bit squeeshed but clean and good enough for a night.

I would actually like to give a higher score, but there is water leakage on the floor (at the front entry beside the shower), not sure where the water leakage source and my shoes socks were all wet 😢

I did not like that the reception desk was often empty, probably due to the Christmas season and being short-staffed. Additionally, the area near the reception is very small. If someone is waiting to check in, it can be difficult for others to enter or move around. There is no elevator inside, and the stairs can be intimidating, typical in old cities like Bern. This can make it challenging for elderly individuals or those carrying heavy luggage.

It is a bit far from the main station, but the bus station is very close to the hotel. The room was good, but I expected it to be a bit bigger. Breakfast was okay, just the usual. I really liked the colorful eggs.

It has a great location and a comfortable room; the included breakfast was a nice touch as things in Bern can be quite pricey. Also, the check-in and check-out times were excellent. The staff was lovely too.

Cute little hotel. Our family room was on the top floor. It was warm and comfortable and we all slept very well. It was an easy 20 minute walk from the station.

Very basic, small room. Room safe didn’t work. European adapter didn’t fit plugs. No lift.

For the (rising) costs of hotels in Bern I suppose it was good value for money for a 2star. Room was small but clean and had everything one needs including decent breakfast.

One of the lamps in the room didn't work. the coffee maker finally worked after switching on and off several times, and with its short cord the only place to operate it was on the floor. Strange but we dealt with it.

A very tidy room, high ceiling so it felt spacious. Efficient but well lit. The bed, pillows, and Bettdecke were very comfy, especially after a long day of walking. The free breakfast was a good selection, good quality, and nicely arrayed in the small indoor cafe space.

Wonderful building in an excellent position in the heart of Bern. The room for 4 people was big and confortable, there's even a kitchen. Excellent breakfast and staff very nice. Nothing to complain about.
