Great location and the facilities were what we expected and of a high standard. The help from the staff was exceptional especially when checking in. They made some great suggestions which allowed us to get orientated in the town.quickly and some good advice about attractions and things to do. Breakfast was very good and once again the staff were excellent.

Inès, the lady on the reception was so helpful and she made us feel like home. She recommended many things to do in the area. The location was very close to the centet. The breakfast was also good. In general the vibes of the hotel are very nice and we would definetely come again.

We liked everything

We loved everything. Location.We we’re able to park in front of the hotel. so clean and comfortable. Great laundry facilities.Staff exceptional especially young lady who covered reception and who also helped with the breakfast-cooking eggs to our liking. Great restaurant attached to the hotel ( Local and Italian food). Overall a fantastic hotel we would return to.

What a wonderful Swiss Chalet living experience. absolutely loved it. All staff is lovely very helpful and welcoming. Rooms are amazing, we stayed at classic double room and Superior room will post a separate review for superior room . Both rooms were perfect with absolutely beautiful views. breakfast was good. Location was very nice too. Overall great experience.

Breakfast that was included in the offer was not as per expectation. Very limited quantity and limited options. Thermostat in the room seemed to go off during night which led to cold temperatures during night.

The breakfast is a very negative point of this hotel. I mean it is an open buffet, but the lady behind the table is standing and staring very aggressively into your eyes with every item you take for breakfast. This is really not a good thing to start your day with. Also, for each item, there is such a small bowl and amount that you can take only 4 slices of a cucumber and that's it! So these things are really pitty and there is no need to be at such a cheap level...

The location is perfect. The Interlaken cards we received to travel around the city for free also is a good deal. Cleaning and comfort are acceptable. Free parking spots in from of the hotel are also a good thing about this hotel. In general a good hotel, but do not count on free breakfast, not worth it so much.

It was a nice 2- stars hotel. It is a cozy place. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Even if choices for breakfast are a bit limited, as far as I am concerned it was ok. An egg, bread and coffee are all I need to start the day. The superior room was clean and spacious. Even in cold weather the room was warm and the view of the mountains from the room was very appreciated. It is around a 15 minutes walk from the train station. Good value for money.

We stayed here two nights during a spring trip to Switzerland. We’ll be back. The hotel is an easy walk from Interlaken Ost. The room was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. They were also very helpful with ideas and directions. We’d been on the road a while and availed ourselves of the washer and drier. The restaurant in the hotel is excellent.
