Room was missing air conditioning. As we visited the place during heat months, the nights were not so comfy as no wind entered the room. Lights were too low and some of the were even damaged.

Room meet our expectations as it had a fair size. The bed was comfortable and had all clean sheets. The shower was really clean even for the small size. The breakfast was good enough.

Location was great. Close to Interlaken West station and shops and restaurants. Room was large with big balcony and quiet.

This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in, wrong location on google maps, rude staff, and someone broke into the room with the key in the morning, and we didn't put up a sign for them to clean, no air conditioning, old facilities , the room is small, dirty and smelly, all in all very bad!

The bathroom is literally tiny, no space at all. You can hardly sit on the toilet. The beds & pillows are not comfortable. Insulation is poor, you can hear noises from other rooms. Cannot close window shutters, they are decorative, the windows do have light curtains but not heavy or dark enough to prevent the light coming in. It is not possible to have a good night's sleep. Very few staff, breakfast is very basic. All this for an exorbitant price of around 240 chf per night. Switzerland is expensive but this price is craziness for the amenities provided. Would not recommend this place for a comfortable stay.

Location is close to centre with nice views of the mountains. There are 5-6 parking spaces for the entire hotel, first come first serve basis, so it can be tricky to find a parking space. We however did manage to get one. They have a decent Italian restaurant on site.

I didn’t like staffs’ behavior when I asked for things like slippers, having a plate and a knife, a trash bin in the room. they insisted that it’s not a 5 star hotel and we mustn’t expect too much from them. they said the same to other guests during our stay. They could answer more pleasant to their guests, as everyone is aware of the number of starts of the place. Also they use plastic tea glass in the rooms that I did not like.

The building is very traditional and cosy and the girl making the breakfast was very nice, kind and welcoming

No fridge in room, no light on balcony. No staff present whatsoever on Sunday night as attached (independent) restaurant was closed and no hotel staff available. One of only two out of seven hotels we stayed in that automatically gave us a free local travel pass.

Good location in older part of town, close to Interlaken West rail station and bus terminal.

The service could have been better. One of the staff members serving breakfast on 5 Oct was rude when I asked for a poached egg! Overall it was a decent stay but I came away feeling that there were better options for the price that I paid.

Nice central location - only a few minutes walk from the Interlaken West train station. The rooms are medium sized but quite comfortable. Wi-Fi and other amenities work well. There is a lounge on the ground floor which is very cosy and perfect for reading a book or enjoying a drink in the evening.

Location was bit far away from the main train station and the market. And there is a strange thing that happened with the house keeping staff which was they clean the room once you get out of it otherwise they won't clean your room.

Room was spacious and you have plenty space to walk in the room. View from the room was too good. Breakfast was okay and the two ladies that worked there was really good.

We Booked a room for.3 person. The room was not bigger then 10m2 and thats including the badroom. Way to small for 3 adults.

If traveling with family do not keep your expectation high. No elevator. No AC or Fan. Owner told us to open window if it gets hot.

Room was hostel style. 3 beds just fill up the room and separated. Breakfast good. Location is 6 minute walk from Interlaken West station. Your can hear church bells from room. Staff was super nice and attentive.

No A/C. Old guy at desk on checkin was Cranky ole boy!! No A/C or fans 33c until about 1AM on 3rd floor…. Hot!

I stayed three nights recently.. very disappointment stay.. There is no lift facility to carry your bags... if you stay in third floor then you need to lift yourself all bags or you need to keep bags at the down near reception and carry necessary cloths you need. It was very uncomfortable. The hotel said that it is our mistake to book bag packers room.. but while booking, the photo shown in booking.com and the actual is totally different. The rooms was very small and very congested one. The rooms were too hot and unable to sleep at night. It was not at all satisfying stay for us. The only positive thing is that all staffs are very friendly and polite. The breakfast is very good. If you come with big luggage then get ready to lift it up. I am very disappointed that the price i paid was not at all worth to stay.

This is not a july hotel. There is no fan or ac in the hotel which makes it too hot especially in summer Maybe winter will be pleasant. The laundry was painful. Room is small but ok.

Paid extra for room with balcony but it was smaller and at back with crappy view. No air conditioning meant not good sleep. Had feel of a backpackers hostel more than hotel with NZ breakfast staff.

The room was very basic @ 160 CHF per day. Guess that's the going rate. Considering that we had booked for 3 days, would have been nice to have a bigger room or one with a view.
