This is my second stay in this hotels every time the a/c are not clean and i have to clean them everytime. Lot of dust on them.

The room are spacious for its value, one of the main reasons is the a/c there are not main hotels with a/c.

My last night (Sunday) was spoiled by the pounding music from a nightclub directly under my room. Selfish people shouting and singing until after 3 am. All of the hotel staff were aware of the problem but told me that the club was separate from the hotel and that the police were often called out to stop the noise but had no effect. A great shame because apart from this, the hotel is beautiful. I emailed the hotel manager to get his views, but no response. What a pity.

Right next to the lakeside with outstanding views to the snow capped mountains. Large, clean room with a comfortable bed and good sized bathroom. A balcony overlooking the lake and tree covered hills opposite. A good breakfast with lots of variety. The spa and pool were tranquil with no other guests present. Front desk staff friendly and professional

the coffee machine in my friends’ room was broken, but they replace with new one pretty fast. and they don’t have rooms with connecting door :(

the location is excellent, no rush to catch our boat to Luzern station

Dirty Floors. Our room smells like cigarettes. Old cigarettes on the balcony. Children bed sheets missing. Very dark light. Overall the price is way too high. I’m Swiss and I know what I’m talking about. The hotel is shabby and I would never come again. I’m an experienced traveller and don’t need a lot of luxury but for the price I paid I expected more

Definitely not 4 star. 2.5 at best. Good location. But run down. Didn’t have toilet paper. Bed had broken springs. One lift didn’t work. Other had buttons hanging out of it. Room was dated. Acceptable as a 2 star. But definitely not 4. Lesson is to look at the booking.com score. Not the clearly hotel provided stars.

I did not like the hotel and the staff is with attitude I forgot my gold earrings and they did not return back to me, telling me that did not found but I left them in the room because I was with the baby and I did not take the earrings I forgot them in the room. They was telling me maybe you forget somewhere else. I told them I have a pictures in the room with earring and I left them in the room .

I did not like the property, in the description is best but in reality is worse ever. Cold and humidity was 98. I left my very expensive earrings in the room while I left and I call the and they say they did not found so they are not honest also. I was very disappointed calling them asking for the manager and they got scared telling me they don’t have a manager. So that’s how I lost my very expensive earrings. I will never go back and I will never recommend. I know when a customer forget something they should call them. After us was only the client which means now she is rich with my gold diamond earrings. Very upset

Bad recommendation by Booking.com The Hotel must provide the HEATING AND COOLING SYSTEM inside the Rooms. They are only having small portion of toilet floor which is heated. It is the only medium to provide heating in the room in the cooled weather condition. Me and my family suffered full night.

It was like Fawlty Towers. No lighting in the room, poorly trained staff, no soap in bathroom. Glaring staircase to reception which could be dangerous. General look of neglect

Hotel very old, gym abandoned, the machines aren't working and full of dust. There is no one in the spa, we asked slippers but they were out of stock. We booked this hotel because of the spa and gym, so it was a disappointment.

The Front Office staff was super rude and unfriendly on the phone, and they almost hang up the phone.

Freshen up the bathroom would be needed, as well as providing proper toiletries.

Breakfast was the best part of our stay with plenty of choices. Parking on the spot was also appreciated, and more affordable than most of other hotels we stayed in.
