We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

SwitzerlandI was traveling alone so I need a room with single bed and some empty space to do yoga in the morning. Unfortunately there were no single bed rooms, only twin sharing and triple bed rooms. It will be very nice to have a couple of single bed rooms with some space to do morning exercise/yoga etc. If I get a single bed room with some space then I can book a room there every week for next 6 months, as I travel there often for work.
I liked the location, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. the breakfast was also good

The staff was excellent and helpful for the most part. The room was as expected, clean and had A/C. The location was also good for us.

South Koreathe budget style room type. when you want a larger room and better condition, pay more an find another accommodation.
the Hotel is a budget type but clean is good enough for short stay. IKEA, big groceries are near by 10min walk. So, finding living stuff including foods is not a problem. the best things is the parking fee. it's available and 50% cheaper than outside
