There is a kettle, but no tea, coffee, sugar etc. For the price & considering they are the residence rooms of the Novotel chain, they could at least invest in some sachets for their guests. It was quiet from the street, but thin walls made it difficult to sleep (noisy guests are unavoidable, however you could hear all the "floor foot traffic')

no major issues. sometimes it is a bit noisy on the street during the night but I got a quite room and was sleeping with closed windows, so my sleep was not disturbed at all.

I am a repeated guest in this place because it is centrally located close to the lake, railway station and public transportation stops, is a good economic option with a small kitchenette. It has all the basics for a solo independent traveller who is coming back to work and sleep. a great value for money in Geneva.

The location is very good, near public transport, restaurants etc, they sent us free cards for the public transport which was very kind and helpful!

The windows do not have sound isolation. Late at night it´s noisy, also early in the morning when the garbage trucks drive by.

Location is really convenient, its being a part of the Novotel next door meant breakfast was really good, wifi worked really well, good size room, good space to work. It was also convenient to have a kitchenette.

some studios can be very tight in space but for a short stay its comfortable.

The room was very clean, the location was good, the lady at reception was extremely polite. The residence even gave as free pubic transport cards.

On the noisy side of things at times due to the kind of nightlife around but it went mostly unnoticed.

Whenever I entered into the room, there was a bad smell coming from the kitchen sink area although it's cleaned. Apart from that, the flush was not working properly and we had to call the receptionist to send someone to fix it. But the service was really fast and I liked it.

I like the studio's facilities and the room was spacious. Also, it's nearby the lake, train station, and many restaurants were nearby.

It was not very clear during the booking process that I had to check in at the Accor Hotel round the corner. I might have not noticed this information, so not sure it was missing, in case so, my bad.

Excellent location in a lively neighborhood with lots of restaurants nearby. Room was big, quiet and well furnished. The check-in staff was extremely polite and helpful.

The room was a little bit warm (Geneva was warmer than expected) so we had to open the window to cool it down (that was fine for us).

This was the best option for me in the expensive Geneva. Great location in Pacquis close to Gare Cornavin and the lake, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. The room was simple but clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed, including an iron and iron table.
