Wow wow wow what a lovely hotel and amazing value for money .... The food was on point the staff were great the facilities are next level and the spa is one of the very best I've ever used .... The location is perfect honestly how this hotel is not a 5 star I have no idea 🫶... Pure class ... Also it's location is perfect for all the passes if your on a driving holiday 😎

Being debited for CHF400 to cover potential spending on the mini bar and the hotel in general. We always spend our money in the town to spend the benefits of tourism more widely. This money is not returned on departure and remains on the debit card for a number of days. We have stayed at Radison Blue a number of times in the past and have never faced this requirement before. We will check in future if we are staying at Radison Blue and such a requirement would be sufficient for us to make an alternative choice. We always pay in advance prior to arriving.

Breakfast was excellent and we enjoyed our omelet.

Could have more gluten free options, I asked for some bread and received a soggy roll in a packet that had been warmed up which was inedible

Not much around the immediate area and a lot of construction going on.

The property is located not really in the city Center, so you must keep in mind that you will need to walk a little, but it was not a problem for me because I was with my dog and it is always nice to walk a little.

Very nice design of the main entrance and rooms. very friendly staff and spaciest parking with direct access to check in or even your rooms. Spa has breathtaking view of the mountains. I liked the clean room and incredible breakfast that had a great variety of different food, sweet and not, and everything was really very tasty. The bar offers also very nice drinks that were beautifully served.

There could have been more vegetarian options on the menu. The food was good and there are a couple of meat-free pasta dishes (the truffle pasta is delicious) but a bit more veggie variety would be welcome!

The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful and the spa and fitness facilities were really well maintained. Great views from everywhere in the hotel thanks to large windows (when there's not a blizzard)

Breakfast could really use a revamp .They advertise a superb breakfast but ingredients are average and it is rather limited when looking at hotels in the same sector.

Everything was perfect for us.

Perfect location. Walking distance to the Gondola, Grocery Market (coope city), downtown, and train. My husband and I spend a week there for a ski trip. We enjoyed staying at Radisson, besides location, hotel was so clean, bar and food were so good, breakfast was great! And, the staff were so friendly.
