sauna was closed without notice (one of the reasons for choosing hotel). they promised it would open on day 2, which it didn’t.

shame the mini van didn't have a little step to help my 82 year old mother climb in and out, and a shame the shower didn't have a non slip mat to help my mother feel safe.

pick up from the station excellent, Swimming pool was lovely. Twin bedded room was very nice. Breakfast was really nice. The hotel is a little out of the village so it was a little bit of a walk for my mother and the current building works make it feel a bit isolated. The decoration in the hotel is really interesting, it felt like a lovely place to be.

The location is incredible, just a few minutes walk from nature. The room was really spacious and everything is new. They offer an incredible breakfast with fresh ingredients and a big variety of choices! You also have to check out the swimming pool which offer a really nice view to the mountains!

Very new and upmarket hotel. Loads of facilities and the staff were excellent. We did not have dinner (big lunch earlier) but the kitchen did us a platter and were happy to modify menu items. It’s not the cheapest place but quality speaks for itself.

This property is amazing. The staff are fantastic, professional and helpful. The amenities are first class, including the bike storage and bike washing station. Breakfast has a wide variety to please everyone. Rooms are a good size. Short walk into town and the train station.

Everything... I was on my way from Cologne to our estate in Tuscany and for once did not stay at my friend's place The Chedi! Staff fantastic. I felt welcomed from the minute the concierge helped put my cats in the room, to the moment the night supervisor helped me at 04.00 in the morning to find a local petrol station! Dinner was great. Breakfast outstanding. I have travelled for 40 years, all the time. This hotel is outstanding. Especially the people.

Excellent hotel with modern facilities. However AC in the rooms did not work and when enquired with the staff we were told it’s not working. We stayed in early June so not too much of a problem. But worth checking with the hotel before booking.

This new hotel has been fitted with large toilet washing basins. There is no plug so you can't fill it up. You have to have the water running constantly for a wet shave. This is not Eco friendly. The amount of water used is a waste.

This is an excellent hotel well situated for the skier, walker or driver. The amount of new hotels being built is testerment to the location.

I had a room to the front and was surprised how much trafic noise came through the windows even if the hotel was built in 2018. It did not stop me from sleeping, but if you’re a light sleeper, ask for a room at the back.

Beautiful, spacious rooms with lots of real wood, huge swimming pool, good food, close to Gotthard tunnel.

The hotel is amazing. The location is excellent, just a few minutes from the city. The comfort of the room is great, the breakfast is superb, and all the amenities of the hotel make it unique.

The area around the hotel is still a construction site, the view is not so great. At 20.- per day, the parking is still too expensive.

Very clean and large rooms and amazing lobby/bar area. The usual Radisson experience in a mountain setting.

As it was an easter holiday, many shops were not open. Also, many places surrounding are still under construction. Guess the resort is still expanding...?

Exceptional service from all staffs from date of booking till our check out. Booking.com shocked me by cancelling my taxi booking on the eve of my check-out and I had to get the hotel staff to help me with a taxi booking. They were steady, swift and very professional. The hotel rooms are exceptionally comfy, clean and tidy. Thanks for the lovely swiss alps experience with a hotel experience that is so pleasant. The train station and the ski station is very near the hotel. So we are able to catch all the sights easily. Lastly, we went to the victorinox shop and the staff nicole was exceptionally professional and friendly. She gave such great customer service that my teacher who was travelling with us today was very impressed.

the Spa area could have been set up more spacious, it was rather small, no area to relax except the pool area. the pool had relatively cold water. compared to the rest of the hotel that was a bit disappointing.

we loved everything! the breakfast is amazing, make sure to book a dinner at the hotel restaurant, it’s really good. hotel is just 4min walking distance from the train station and you can take the bus to go to the lista if you want (for free)

the tv in my room wouldnt connect with my netflix, but, i admit, i did not contact the front staff to try to resolve. If you have the same issue, I would suggest contacting the front desk for help.

Truly unrealistic selection of kitchen tools and appliances. And they were all extremely clean, sometimes in apart-hotel rooms you can find some surprises, and there were no bad surprises in this room. Comfortable beds, couches, chairs. Excellent value for money. This will be the only way i do the mountains during ski ferien. Excellent breakfast selection, pool was popular but the dedicate lane was great for laps. Will be coming back soon with my triathlon team!
