Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The gym is too small with machines placed too close to each other. There is only 1 tread mill for a hotel with over 160 rooms. The gym should be expanded to the next relaxation area with 2-3 more tread mills.
Large room, convenient location, up to standard breakfast.

-Not much, I guess in terms of food selection during breakfast they can improve more by adding food varieties daily but overall it was great.
-Location is very near the main train station -international breakfast is being served which is great -seamless check in and check out -They incorporated new technologies for their room service (Jeeves Robot)

Your room won't be made up before 2 pm if you stay longer than one day. This may cause a little inconvenience for some people.
Right by the train station. You can see the hotel from the train when it pulls into the station. There are many shops and food services in the train station. The hotel is close to all major attractions in Luzern. The hotel provides you a city card which allows you free bus ride and 20% discount on museum tickets. The room has an excellent sound insulation, you don't hear any outside noise.

It was very tastefully decorated, very clean and with good facilities: bath as well as shower, up to date USB sockets to charge phones etc, coffee machine, kettle and free water in the fridge. The staff were extremely helpful and polite. The hotel is situated a few minutes’ walk from the famous Chapel Bridge.

Envious location, friendly staff, lake view rooms, adjacent parks (and specially one with the beach), hotel amenities, proximity to city center, train station and main bus stop within 200m from the hotel, etc. It was our best decision to stay in this hotel in Lucerne.

So clean, friendly staff, huge room & wonderful shower. Very close to everywhere in town, including old town! A perfect base for a visit to Lucerne.

Great location, thanks to upgrade, beautiful view of the lake and mountains. Rooms are large, comfortable beds, big bathrooms, and big variety breakfast. Definitely worth getting the Radisson Blu membership.

Unfortunately, the room cleanliness could be greatly improved. There was a stain on the toilet bowl and unfortunately we found short, curly hair on our duvet cover even before we laid in bed……..
I love the receptionist that helped me with my check-in. She is the best receptionist that I have ever encountered in all my travels so far! She truly made this a great and memorable stay and I would not have had as good an experience otherwise.

Excellent hotel, courteous staff. Very professional throughout. We had a lake view room on 5th floor Room is very comfortable and bathroom has good quality shampoo and conditioner Location is walking distance to train station and berth 1 for boat to Vitznau - Mount Rigi (lovely boat and really recommend it.

The price of the food is too high and justo one guy at the breakfast wasn’t kind and it was too desperate for close the breakfast.
The location is very good, the attention of the front desk (Swiss-Colombian girl) was amazing and, she help us with every information that we must have to make the tourism, the rooms are very comfortable.
