Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Efficient check In, our request for a crib was provided, which was a god send considering we landed at 23:30. Having a kettle in the room also helped a lot with a baby.

ThailandOur room have some problems about the key slot so the lights are not continuing turn on and we have to place the key card many times before the lights are continuing turned on and also the bulb for the big lantern are broken so the room was quite dark .
The way to Hotel was very complicated but one good thing is that signs are quite clear and enough to guide customer to the Hotel .

United StatesThe room was light-challenged. It was abysmally dark. The air-conditioning system fan did not work. After several attempts at correcting this with staff went unanswered, they finally did bring a portable fan! so that we could get some air circulation. The bed arrangement were 2 twins pressed against eachother. Except that my mattress was accurately placed on the bed frame so that when I sat on the edge the mattress and I slid to the floor.
Location, location, location. A 50 meter walk from the airport through a clearly marked tunnel. The extensive bar had a good food menu.

SwitzerlandApart from the fact that it's an airport hotel, nothing comes to mind. It serves its purpose perfectly.
Very practical hotel if you have an overnight stay or an early start in Zurich Airport. The location is perfect - if you miss your flight, it's your own fault. The staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms spacious and clean. Everything works as befits Switzerland. I would definitely recommend it.
