Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content

- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Modern, comfortable hotel right next to Zurich Airport with short underground passageway taking you directly to departures. The room was modern, extremely quiet with no noise from outside, the corridor or neighbouring rooms. Staff super helpful on check-in and during the stay. Great hotel if needing to stay near the airport for a layover or early flight.

Wake up call at 3:30AM that we did not order and were not able to go back to sleep afterwards. That was harsh since we only had a short night before a very LONG day of flying home.

A little cumbersome to get there with luggage (maybe because of construction).
The bar area was a good place to sit and work, while having some food. Liked the atmosphere and very friendly and attentive staff throughout my stay.

Loved the convenience of staying overnight at Zurich airport to catch our flight the following day rather than travelling from Lausanne for a flight the same day. Location close to Zurich city center was a big plus, perfect for enjoying a lovely dinner in the city.

It is just next to the airport. We are bringing the Airport trolleys inside the hotel room and the room is very spacious.

Our keycards never worked twice. Check-in lines were long. And when I asked for a toothbrush they asked me to come to the reception - never had that heppen to me in a 4 star hotel.

None. However, make sure you go to the right hotel. Our friend Uber us to another Radisson which is about 15 mins away.

The expensive menu
I stayed in this room for a one-night layover, and overall, it was a convenient option. The room was very clean and located inside the airport terminal, making it perfect for a quick rest before a morning flight or for a short overnight stop. The downside is that the price is quite high for what you get, as it’s essentially just a place to rest. Even the menu is expensive – €37 for a sandwich, which feels steep for a simple meal. However, considering the convenience of the location for a layover, it’s manageable. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was well soundproofed. Despite being so close to the airport, I didn’t hear any noise, which made for a peaceful night. All in all, it's a good option for an overnight stop, but definitely on the pricier side for what you’re getting.

There are 3 Radisson hotels near the airport and it is very confusing. I took the shuttle to Radisson Zurich Airport and got told at the reception that the booking was with Radisson Blu Zurich Airport, which is across the street where the shuttle bus was! Breakfast buffet @ CHF 31 is over priced given the selection. No other options at the hotel if you want to have breakfast at the hotel.
Good ambience and what you expect to have in a Radisson Blu hotel.
