Lack of True Air Conditioning, basically the air conditioning unit acts as a fan. It was a heat wave during my stay, so was not sufficient. Not the fault of the Hotel, its a Swiss Environmental law.

Great facilities in a perfect location. Close to train and bordering the Old Town. Lots of restaurants in the area. They also had a great work out room and a large pool and Sauna.

No milk in the room - English people like milk in their English breakfast tea! And in their coffee. Took such a longtime for a carafe of water to reach our table at dinner - after the alcoholic drinks had been brought, and after a reminder - that in the end I had to go back up to our room to fetch my own water bottle. I can see you might be short staffed on a Sunday evening. Food OK, but a disappointingly limited menu, and no local wines - compared unfavourably to the excellent food we had in other Swiss hotels we stayed at that week.

Large and comfortable room. Friendly staff. Much enjoyed the swimming.

Car park entrance and interior space very, very tight for all but the smallest cars. Room was v hot and air conditioning not working. Solved by opening window and turning off radiator that had been left on full. Breakfast was average. Coffee machines not working properly and no warning lattes fit only into large cups.

Pool was freezing and steam room and sauna were non costume (naked) which we found very strange

-The beds creaked. -There are no blinds or shutters; and the hotel curtains did not completely black out. - The toilet door could not be closed silently. -The slamming of the doors of the neighbouring rooms could be heard in the room. -There were no bathrobes or slippers in the room; they could be ordered, but this took a long time. - It was not pointed out that public transport is included in the spa tax; therefore we paid for the ticket from the airport to the hotel unnecessarily.

Very few English speaking TV channels. Other than that I'm struggling to find anything

Loved the swimming pool and facilities. Breakfast was excellent with great staff, coffee afterwards outside was so good. All of the staff were very good but i must single out Mohammad Ali the deputy Manager who really went the extra mile for us, a true professional!

The curtains should be wider so that it does not let light through at the edges.

The location was perfect. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Staff were kind and professional. I had a problem with the sink and sticky floor. It was cleaned up very quickly.

Toothpaste would have been helpful and toiletries replacement more careful. Watter supply was not replaced after finished.

The hotel location is great, a short walk from the Train station (not a great route but its fine) and Also very near from the city center. The staff was very kind and helpful. Welcome drinks and treats available în the lobby at the check in Time. We received the Basel card that have us Free transportation and discounts. The room was very nice, clean and confortable. Our request to receive a quiet room was fullfiled. The bathroom very generous space. Excelent breakfast with various options. We received prosecco and fresh pancakes.

I left my car in the garage and I have to say that the garage is very small. I have BMW X1 and I had problems to park it there. If you have a bigger car it can be impossible for you to leave your car there.

It is very nice hotel, situated very close to the city center. Very gentle stuff, good breakfast, wellness center for free - I have nothing to complain about.
