We had an issue with the air conditioner which was quickly and well addressed by staff.

The hotel is well located, served with public transportation, restaurants and touristic points. Comfortable, cozy and modern installation. Staff well trained. Great breakfast, variety and quality food.

There was no parking available in the hotel, had to drive to find an alternative parking garage which was fun given I didn’t know the surroundings. There was an incident during check in, which was however swiftly and professionally resolved by the reception staff. I found the bar service lacking and the staff not super friendly. There were people sitting outside without anyone paying any sort of attention to them for quite a while (30 mins or so)

Filter: Basel, breakfast included, 8+, swimming pool (to entertain your kid) Go to the hotel: swimming pool is closed for construction or infection risk or in fact less visitors during summer.. To me, it is a scam

Two wonderful receptionists at the desk on July 6th, tried their best to accomodate our disbelief.. Super nice receptionists prevented us from leaving the hotel!

Memory foam mattress, it's too hot for many people and doesn't let body heat dissipate fast enough. Air conditioning was turned to lowest temperature, but did not cool the room down. Eventually opened window to cool room, but then kept awake by traffic noise. Please have option for pocket spring mattresses.

Everything was good. The well known brand met my expectations. The staff was really professional and helpful. The room was wide and comfortable. The toilette was clean and full of products of shower and other uses. The breakfast was satisfying, there was a large variety of food for every taste.

The room was very dusty. Dust was flying in the air. This was quite disturbing. However, it was not a bright and spacious room as it appeared in the pictures. I did not expect such a low quality room despite such a high price in terms of price performance. The only good thing was that the hotel was located close to the train station.

Breakfast ends at 10; I was upgraded after the initial room smelled terribly of humidity; There was a bottle left in the elevator that staid there my entire stay (3 days)

Bedroom wasnt cleaned properly daily. Bed made and new towels but nothing else. Floor was dirty whole stay. Water not refreshed daily for drinking/kettle. Teabags/milk not replenished daily. No spoon/stirrers to make tea/coffee.

The downstairs of main hotel & restaurant all presented lovely & clean.

Tiny single beds. You turn, you fall. Badly lit rooms. Tiny toilets. You must close the door to have access to the toilet seat. Shower room is so tiny that you can take shower only standing sideways and not facing the shower. The sauna is unisex and nude. You don’t respect international guests. You are catering to the locals, it seems. Then please make two sauna rooms. For the price of 500 euros a night, it’s a complete ripoff. There is no concierge service. What are you charging for? The pictures is deceptive. Don’t check in this hotel, please. The city government should control price surging during events. You cannot charge whatever you want. Booming dot com customer service didn’t help.

It’s an extremely overpriced property for the price you are charging. The guy refused to help with the bags at the time of check out. They don’t have a concierge service. Unfortunately, we have another stay coming up at the same property. The room was tiny, very shabby, tiny toilet, you step in and you step out. It’s not worth it and we will not recommend this property at these prices. It’s a complete rip off. There are many other hotels in the vicinity. It’s not the only one.
