Room was clean and comfortable. Perfect base for weekend in Geneva. About half hour bus into the city. Placed right by a shopping centre with a fantastic Italian restaurant next door. Was perfect for what we needed. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The most important thing to note is that the hotel is extremely difficult to find, especially if it’s your first time in Geneva. It becomes practically impossible. There should be clear information indicating that the hotel is located within a shopping center and that you need to drive to an unmarked gate and preferably call the reception to have the gate open magically. You then navigate through a parking lot to reach the hotel’s designated area, which is also not straightforward. For such a well-known hotel brand, this is unacceptable.

Once you manage to find the hotel, the place itself is decent. The reception staff is quite pleasant, although experiences can vary—different during check-in and check-out. The restaurant is spacious and interesting, with friendly staff serving your orders throughout the evening, adding some character to the place. The room is decent, though I must admit I expected a bit more. However, there are no major complaints.

The location was fine. It's great if you are there to watch a football match since it's right next to the stadium. It is far from the center but very well communicated. The room was nice. It was a bit small, but clean and modern. It is nice that the hotel is located next to a shopping mall.

We only stayed the 1 night and were comfortable. The room was exactly as advertised and breakfast was also pretty decent. The location is a little away from the regular tourist spots and railway station, but only a 10-15 minute bus ride which is again free with the day pass that you receive as a guest. The hotel is part of a mall but we were not around when the mall gets traffic so cannot comment on whether that is a problem or not. There are however separate entrances that allow you to avoid the mall completely so again should not be a problem.

A bit out of the centre, and room overlooked the railway lines so I could hear trains late at night. However buses and trains provide easy access to city centre.

Location inside a shopping Centre, La Praille, so shops and restaurants easily accessible. This was useful for a first time visitor to Geneva such as myself.

We only knew from google reviews that we should be going into the parking garage of the mall next to the hotel to park, otherwise we would had been circling around confused. However, there is a direct elevator from the garage to the reception so it is convenient but not clearly communicated. Moreover, the QR codes in the room did not work so they were kind of pointless.

The hotel is not exactly central but it is basically in a mall so everything is readily available in case you want to go shopping. The hotel staff at the reception was really kind and attentive, we had a small medical emergency and they were ready to recommend a nearby hospital and even called them to check if we could be seen. They are also dog friendly.

It wasn’t carpeted

It was clean and central. The bus stop right in front of the hotel took me to everywhere I needed to go. Also the mall attached to the hotel had almost all the shops I wanted.
