During a longer stay, a weaker monotonous breakfast, no vegetables, spreads or warm eggs.

Great location of the hotel not far from the station and at the same time close to the lake. Very helpful staff, modernly equipped hotel, coffee machine in the room.

Nothing really, they go out of their way to ensure your stay is pleasurable.

Very nice hotel in a great location, feels recently refurbished to a high standard too. The staff are extremely pleasant and helpful. The rooms are better than many 4 star hotels. Breakfast basic but fresh and plentiful. Fresh coffee pods a nice touch in the room.

The hot water took a long time to make it to the top floor. Did eventually get there, though!

Really central location near the old town. Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable, bright and modern room. Good breakfast buffet.

Cleaning of the corridors and stairs was a bit skimpy.

The hotel sent a Geneva Transport card before our arrival so all our transport was free. Easy train ride from the airport then a 5 minute walk. A couple of minutes to Lake Geneva. A very warm welcome and an upgrade to a superior room. The room was large, clean and comfortable. Excellent shower. Breakfast was continental. Varied and excellent quality. I loved the yogurt. All the staff were excellent, friendly and efficient.

Although the bathroom was beautifully presented and very clean the water in the shower was always cold.

The position of the hotel was excellent. Close to everything. The staff were very helpful in giving advice on where to eat, and how to get to places. The room was big, and the beds were comfortable.

The price, but this is common in Geneva. Though still, for this price it would be nice to have breakfast included.

It is not the 1st time I am staying in the hotel, I usually just choose based on the most reasonable price, this time it was this hotel. The location is excellent.

I always love staying here. The staff are friendly and helpful; the breakfast is good; the rooms are big and functional, overall great ratio price-comfort. And the location is great for anything you could possible have to do in Geneva or its surroundings. This time, I was in a room in the new extension of the hotel: top notch. With a room at the back of the hotel, you are close to everything without any noise nuisance.

The bathroom is a bit small.

It's advertised that it has a gym/fitness center and the small room has 2 bikes and a step machine. There are no weights or any way to work out your upper body. They need to add that into the room for it to be more of a fitness center.

I loved the location. The hotel is centrally located to everything. The room was a decent size.

We were satisfied with every aspect of our stay.

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was small but perfectly adequate for our needs and the bed was very comfortable. The location was ideal - a few minutes' walk from the train station and a minute from the lakeside. What really impressed us was that the hotel had emailed us, a few days before our stay, with a link to a free Geneva travel pass for local trains, buses, trams and water taxis. This meant that when we arrived in Geneva we just hopped onto a train from the airport to the station close to the hotel without the need to buy a ticket.

A staff member fitted a new light fitting on the middle of one day when I was out and after 15 minutes of waiting I asked him to leave so I could shower ( which he did with no complaint). I don’t think changing fittings should be done whilst a guest is staying ( this was a change not a fix to lights that were broken) , if they waited a month until off season when occupancy will be less it would make more sense! The room key had to be reactivated twice after stopping working.

Air con worked very well, this was important as I stayed during a heatwave. Location was as described , which was central and very close to the lake and nice quiet location. Staff spoke excellent English to me ( so neither of us had to suffer from my poor French). Good bed ,OK pillows .From other hotels I had viewed for a similar price I was glad I stayed here.

Housekeeping not done on a day when we'd left the 'green card' on the door. But sorted the following day - all good. No kettle but I guess that's usual on the continent!!

Really close to the lake, and only 5 minutes or so from the station. Perfect location. Breakfast really good variety and standard. Reception staff super friendly and helpful!

For a short stay it was ideal, but for longer it might be a problem not have a proper cupboard for hanging up clothes. There was an open rail with hangers in view above a chest of drawers which would not be good if hanging up dresses. The TV also only seemed to work for streaming apps…but that could have been me not understanding the remote control!

Small boutique hotel, close to the lake, very central to all train and bus connections. Friendly staff at a low-key reception and in the adjoining cafe. My room, overlooking the road, was tastefully laid out with a comfy bed, good shower and a chaise longe. Even the heating/air-con system worked well to cool down the room in the evening. In a city full of millionaires, this was a good value hotel which delivered more than I expected.

Need to have the same size cups for tea or coffee.

The location was great. The hotel room was nice. The shower was great, strong water pressure. Very clean too.
