My room is quite small, and there s no elevator up to the last floor but you you need to take the stairs, a bit inconvenient with the luggages. There was only one staff at the reception, no one around to help with the luggages.

The hotel would benefit from some minor renovations, as there are visible cracks in the walls. While this was not a major issue for me, it does affect the overall aesthetics of the hotel.

This was my first trip to Geneva, Switzerland, and I chose this hotel for its strategic location. It's just a 1-2 minute walk to Manor department stores, where you can pick up essentials like water and food. Similarly, it's only a 1-2 minute walk to public transport, making it easy to visit CERN or take the Mount Salève cable car or to the airport. The Geneva Central train station is about a 5-minute walk away, offering food and basic necessities, especially useful on Sundays when most shops and restaurants are closed. The hotel's location is also convenient for walking to the lake and old town. We took a day trip to Chamonix via FlixBus, with the pickup point just a 7-minute walk from the hotel. The room was basic and simple, equipped with a mini-fridge (which we only used for storing food) and a Nespresso machine. It included a basic standing shower and toilet. A deposit of 100 francs is required but is refunded upon checkout. Guests also need to pay a city tax for tourists. The hotel provides a free Geneva transport card, which I found to be very convenient. Based on this experience, I would definitely consider staying here again in the future, provided there isn't another hotel offering better value

Not much in the way of toiletries and the breakfast was a bit limited but perfectly adequate.

Central location, room was small but perfectly pleasant and the gym was nice to have, if not a bit limited. There is also a steam room that you can pay 20th to use. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
