There was a coffee maker and fridge but no kettle or other plates/cutlery. I used the hot water function on the coffee maker to make my own tea but it was not super hot. The two cups that were there were different sizes (one big and one small), so if you were with someone else then you could not have the same coffee. Two pods for the coffee maker provided free, but one was decaf - so again for two people not ideal.

Staff were friendly, checkout until 12 was great for me, but check in at 4 may be too late for some. Room was spacious and comfortable. wonderful shower! Aircon a blessing after a hot day. Location was amazing - very central.

I didn’t find anything about Hotel Rousseau that I didn’t like.

The hotel was centrally located, walking distance to cafés, restaurants, shopping, river. The Geneva transport pass provided was great for getting to and from the airport. Also used the pass for ferry trips across Lake Geneva. Hotel staff were friendly and knowledgeable about the area.

Only two capsules as welcome coffee. The surrounding is sometimes noisy at night and early morning, but fine if you close the window.

The location is fantastic. Space is luxury comparing with the others with similar price and location. The room is very clean.

Great value for Excellent Location Right in the heart of city a block from lakeside surrounded by restaurants. Yes it is an old style building with old decor, but that is trade off if you want the location with out the big price tag. The room was a good size for city center, even had a big cupboard to hang cloths and liked that the bathroom is completely separate and does not open directly into the bedroom. The bathroom is quite small though. The bed is the most comfortable I have slept in across Europe! The staff were always very helpful and pleasant.

Perfect location a few steps from the River Rhone, plenty of pattiseries, shops and bars around close proximity to the hotel. All the staff we met were friendly and helpful, the room was clean with all the facilities we required. Good communication from the hotel prior to arrival and sent us the Geneva transport card to download so we could use it immediately on arrival from the airport to the hotel.

The hotel has been renovated since I last stayed there, pre-covid. A great improvement, with a lovely reception area and new elevator. The room was great and functional. I didn't reserve with breakfast -- and it was nice to add it as an option day to day, as my schedule required it.

Room was outdated, the lamp shade was torn and although it's not the hotels fault, my room faced the building next to us and we needed the window open for fresh air (the fan did not work) and the lady in the building next to us talked literally all night on the phone with her window open...loudly.
