The room was too close to the elevator.

The staff was very gentle. The room was pretty quiet and the modern style of the room is always pleasant for now. The location is good but you need to walk a little if you want to get on the new Geneva if we can called it like that but, in less than 5 minutes you are close to very nice places :)

Room is ok, I would say it could be better: love the Marshall blutooth speaker but no mini fridge, the bed position could be better... small things, though. Nothing serious.

A nice fancy cool hotel in the center of Geneva, typically furnished in a modern style. Staff is great, design and spaces very good, the terrace bar is comfortable and good.

Room 635 is nothing like the picture for the hotel, no view. Saturday night there's a nightclub very close that was very noisy. Thankfully I used earplugs so it did not effect me too much.

Location was perfect. Hotel ambiance was lovely. Free drink in lieu of cleaning (2 night stay) was welcome.

Nicely located near the lake and the old city surrounded with many restaurants, bakeries and cafes. The rooftop bar is a great place to hang out during your stay at the hotel Great value for the price

no phones in the rooms, which I think is important to have in case of emergencies. you may slip in the shower or have a medical emergency and there is no access to a phone in the room. Also the rooms were a bit cold in the summer so I wouldn’t want to imagine in winters…

We stayed to celebrate our wedding anniversary, the hotel is stylish, cozy, comfortable. We enjoyed rooftop terraces for late night drinks and breakfast. The possibility to play the guitars which were in the bar around also made us happy, definitely worth to visit

Everything was fabulous. Just one person who when I asked for an Americano suggested a filter was available. To their credit they quickly understood the request when I repeated it. This, however, was a tiny issue but it was a response that was really ‘out of kilter’ with the overall amazing experience.

Concept great. Easy to check in at midnight along with bar service and food availability. Great service especially from Monika. Marshall speakers in room and everything you could need. Check-in seamless and checkout blissfully easy.

Room size. Room 403 did not have room for a closet or anywhere to hang anything or put out your suitcase. It was a king bed with a foot walkway around it with a small bathroom. I would not stay in 403 again. Maybe other rooms were better. You need to make sure you book the correct room type.

Sink in the bedroom (but not a big deal). Mattress was very soft/springy.

Exactly what one would need, nothing more. The room is small but designed with practicality in mind. The shower was excellent. Would have preferred if the sink were in the bathroom instead of in the bedroom area but it's obvious that that was a space/layout decision. The staff were friendly, polite and helpful. The 24 hour coffee shop is a dream to have at a hotel. The coffee was wonderful (espresso macchiato/cappuccino). Plant based milks are available and there are Vegan options at breakfast. The food menu is limited. We had pizza without cheese to make it Vegan. We would definitely stay here again. Small suggestions: 1. Hanging space/hooks in the bedroom would be of great utility as there is no closet storage. 2. Foldable suitcase stands world help. Note: as the hotel lobby/rooms are on higher floors and not at street level Google Maps could not indicate where the entrance was. There are signs but for the unaquainted they could be missed.

The bathroom and the ‘outside’ basin. The ac could be better as well. Please add eggs (scrambled, omelette ) to the breakfast menu
