The only thing I struggled with, was the room temperature sometimes it is too cold

Here for the 3rd time and yet this place amazes me every-time, it feels now more like my second home and second family.! I liked almost everything, but I would have liked the rooms to have other small details... welcome water, slippers for the shower, various useful accessories, an iron for work shirts, and I missed a bathrobe

Not the property’s fault, but the cost of the room and breakfast was quite high - but then everything is expensive in Geneva.

The location of the hotel was perfect - near the lake, near beautiful shops, near bus stops and not far from old Geneva. The staff, particularly Raffo, Jake, Melanie and Julien made me feel welcome and were friendly and very helpful. The breakfast had something for everyone. The bar had great rooftop views and it had a very relaxed atmosphere, not forgetting great cocktails. My room had everything I needed and I was very comfortable.

On my last day the alarm went off whilst I was in the shower. I had to vacate the building with half washed wet hair. Obviously not the hotels fault but the guests were outside of the building with no staff to explain what was happening. No knowledge of when we could re enter. Eventually it turned out to be a false alarm I only found this out but trying to use the lifts untill they Eventually worked and no one seemed to be outside anymore. On check out no apology or explanation was given. I'm not saying the alarm was the fault of the hotel but having a staff member to inform guests outside at the meeting point would have been helpful

Clean room. Friendly staff. Perfect location. Walking distance to train and bus stations, Old Town and loads of bars and restaurants. Loved the feel of the bar with all the plants. Nice chilled out area

The view is of an inner courtyard or something. There is no where to hang up clothes, there is no phone to speak to reception.

I love that you can check in and out yourself, that you can swap housecleaning with free drinks, the beds are comfortable, the design is nice, the staff are really friendly.

funky design, comfortable, unusual. great bar with lovely staff on the top floor. super clean walking distance to all the restaurant and bars. nice and quiet. no road noise.

Glass shower was very odd, as was the frosted bathroom door - but nothing the surrounding curtain couldn’t solve.

Location was great, staff were friendly and the free drink was a nice added bonus.

The semi opaque glass wall for the toilet, lack of privacy. Sharp corners on the bed, not good when coupled with a narrow walkway to get to the other side of the bed, easy to hurt your shin.

The bar ambience was nicely relaxing, and we enjoyed spending time there. Good drinks and service as well. Perfect central location within the city, close to everything we wanted to see. Rooms were sleek and modern. Shower was definitely one of the best features of the room along with the Marshall Bluetooth speaker. Sound proof rooms were a bonus.

Great Location! Very clean, and modern and the reception/breakfast staff are nice. we liked also the shower/soap/gel product :-). We had a very quiet, comfortable room. It'ss great to have a McDO a nice cake place downstairs and Migros around the corner.

Common facilities and personnel. Manon, Yoones, and Raffo are very polite and welcoming. We wanted to enjoy our own food and they gently noticed it and offered cutlery even though we didn’t intent to order anything. The cocktails were also great!

The location was perfect, close to all the main attractions, restaurants and shops. Staff was super friendly, room was clean and perfect siete. I loved the decorations and details in it. I asked for early check in and despite not being able to confirm if it was possible a few days before once I arrived at the hotel at 10:30 I was able to check in straight away! Really enjoyed my stay here and highly reccomend it. Will definitely book again if I travel to Geneva.

I new the rooms were not going to be big but it did feel pretty small, however it was clean and functional. Some basic facilities like coffee making in the room would of been nice.

Breakfast was €30 😂😂😂 seriously, I know Switzerland is expensive but I want Prosecco if I’m paying this much. For the budget I could have purchased the entire buffet from the supermarket. The value was nothing more than €20 max. I think they charge €26 for early booking but it’s very basic - it’s a distraction from an otherwise nice hotel.
