The why the room was divided , bedroom to seating area... it would of been better if the bedroom area was bigger. It was a bit of a sqeaze for the person on the right hand side of the bed to get past the bed

Staff a bit offish and made me wait until 3 pm to check in, no budging on that for anyone no matter how long you been travelling.

A few things. No fridge in the room. No tea and coffee facilities in the room tho they were in a seperate area. No plug in the sink so you couldn’t have an old fashioned shave. They gave us a bucket in the end. Very little storage in the room.

The staff were exceptional. And the 24 hour bar and cafe.

Comfortable bed, and good shower. The hotel itself was quiet but still had a fun atmosphere including a communal movie room with nightly films

Very small rooms. No coffee facilities in room. Needed to go onto a floor and bring back into room. Iron same scenario.

Location was perfect. Near train station. 5 minutes to station to explore Zurich . Breakfast very good.

Hub like area to arrive, rest and visit with people, have a drink. Food nearby, very goo. Very close to Coop and trains station. Wifi good. Bed comfortable. The people were great energy, very efficient and helpful. Good vibe.

we had to up grade as the room was not suitable for us way too small and bed was situated against a wall and we had to step up into it so hence we asked to be shifted and had to pay for an upgrade

Room is too small for the price. There is not enough walkway for you to get into the other side of the bed and the design is a hazzard as you’re more likely to hit your toe on the corner of the bed when walking, so guests needs to be extra careful. Aircon is a bit of a challenge to operate.

It is very central. Staffs are nice esp the guy at the reception who let us check in early as my partner wasnt feeling well.

Super convent to Zurich main train station, trams, and buses. Surprisingly quiet for a busy downtown facility.

The location is fantastic, very easy to get to from Zurich Station, the rooms were very comfortable for our stay and the staff were really welcoming and helpful.

Very cool property close to the train station. The staff are amazing and helpful. They even have amps in the rooms if you want to check out a guitar from the front desk and unleash your inner rock star!

No phone in the room, anything you need to run downstairs to talk to the staff. Aircon system sometimes off on its own. If you travel with baby/ toddler, book the big room otherwise the usual is too small and many pointed corners.

Great location, near to train station and Coop supermarket. Enjoyable walk to the old town.

The room is extremely small. Very hot. The air-conditioning is set very low and cannot be set higher. It was miserably hot.
