ThailandWe were a little bit disappointed with the room. The room was great but not what we expected. We didn't know earlier that each room is different even though it's in the same category. So the picture of the room you expected could be different. A concierge acknowledge to us that the pictures we saw were picked by booking.com and couldn't rectify on their side.
The location is perfect. It's close to the train station, grocery, and main street. Recommended for a short visit.

the hotel was very accessible which was great. room was comfy and could connect our devices to the tv to watch shows. there’s a separate galley so there are minimal toiletries and stuff in the room. generally had a great stay and sleep!

GermanyGreat location in the middle of Zurich. Close to central station and car park. Grocery store across the street. Extremely, really extremely friendly staff and very helpful. The hotel tries to source locally and we discovered a local wine from Zurich which was great. Honestly we never associated Zurich as a wine growing area, but we keep learning:-). The rooms have modern bathrooms and kind of vintage interior with a music theme. Vintage in this case means that the rooms are styled with some antique furniture. USB and contactless charging at the bed. And if you skip a night of housekeeping they comp you with a drink for each person. Drink and save the environment. I never found such an attentive and relaxed staff in a hotel. Hope to be back!!!!

United StatesEverything was great—we just wanted a hotel near the train/airport for our early flight the next morning! Compact but thoughtfully designed rooms that worked well for us! I’m sure upgraded rooms would be even better!
Located in central Zurich near the train station, which was easy to catch our flight early in the morning. Room was small but very well designed and functional. Reception was in a cool lounge/ bar area. They even tagged our luggage and kept it for us until our room was ready! We felt very secure at this hotel—we had to “badge in” with our room card to get into the elevator, hallway and room. The restaurant linked to the hotel was very modern with good food for weary travelers at the end of our long trip! Hotel had a movie theme since it used to be a theater!

Australiawhilst I thought the room design was clever, the distance between the end of the bed and the wall with the TV on it was extremely narrow. It was very easy to hit your leg on the sharp corner of the base of the end of the bed.
I love the vibe of the hotel. It was very welcoming when you walked in. I loved how close it is to the train station – definitely a very easy five minute walk. The room design was clever to make use of limited space. I do love that they have a paperless and cashless policy
