Great location for our morning train. Excellent access as we were travelling with my mother who has accessibility issues. Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. Minimally appointed but clean and well set out rooms with a good shower and comfortable beds. I would have liked to have stayed another night to appreciate the hotel properly. I would stay here again.

I'd like to be able to make tea in the room. You need to go to another floor to get your tea or coffee.

The location is excellent. It is very near the main train station, really convenience for my train journeys. I don't need to rush or worry about missing the train. The hotel is very easy to find. As a solo female traveller, I feel very safe in the neighborhood. Breakfast was good. I'm very happy with the tea variety and quality. I can get good quality protein, veggie, carb and fruits for my day. Good value too. I appreciate the upgrade. The check out and check in were easy.

Our room had a column right at the foot of the bed which made it a bit uncomfortable to move around.

Great hotel for couples, we stayed two nights and were given a sixth floor room which was great. It was roomy and comfortable. The location was perfect.

Location was fantastic with a 2 minute walk to the main train station. And the front desk people were very friendly and helpful. They made sure we had everything we needed and made sure we knew where we were going with great directions by showing us on their ipad exactly where things were in relation to the hotel.

We needed a comfortable and characterful hotel within easy walking distance of the train station. Ruby Mimi hotel met these requirements. As we were only staying for one night I also wanted a great location to have an early morning scenic walk to see a bit of this beautiful city. The location was also great for this. The Star rooms are spacious, pretty and have nice views. A variety of nice restaurants within a 5 min walk. There is a lovely, very characterful bar area. We must have been unfortunate that they were a bit overwhelmed the evening that we were there because we eventually left due to not being able to get a drink after a couple of tries. But these things happen and I would think that it is normally a great experience for an early evening cocktail or two. Would choose this hotel again.

Checking in on a tablet lacks the personal touch. I had to ask which floor my room was on because it wasn't obvious from the room number printed on the card.

Great location close to the train station. Cool decor. Spacious room with a huge comfortable bed. Lobby/lounge area is large but cozy with lots of board games and a bar.

We booked a 'loft room' but were on the 1st Floor? Check carefully on which room you book. The lower cost rooms are small! Could not adjust aircon temperature.

Great location for transiting or staying in Zurich. Easy access to train station, old city, shops and restaurants. Room was spacious for spreading luggage about.

Thought it was a bit strange that the bathroom was glass with just a curtain around and see through glass around the toilet and the sink wasn’t in with the bathroom it was actually in the room itself, but it was clean,and also the breakfast was a bit pricey for what was included,no hot food only boiled eggs.

Location was perfect right in the centre of everything we needed,the bathroom was clean.
