Reception Staff could be more friendly and welcoming. No much communication, just when necessary with no smile. Hotel lobby was a little bit small. Costly but not bad compared to other similar hotels. A little bit of noise during night from the pubs but didn't effect sleep quality.

Average Eeuropean breakfast. (Far better than a French breakfast but weak for a Turkish person) Room was clean and spacious. Access to the hotel was very easy. Location is very nice. Walked everywhere with my 4.5 YO kid even without the need of trams.

Our room faced the street where there is a bar next to the hotel. The noise of people dragged on until late into the night and thus affected our sleep. We had to sleep with window open because of the heat inside the room. We were unable to bring temperature down with thermostat since it’s pre-programmed by the hotel for a fixed temperature.

The room was hot even though the heating was not on. No view as looking at an apartment block. pillows were awful.

Excellent location near the train station, river and city centre. Breakfast has everything you needed. Coffee in the reception and a kettle and fridge in the room.

No electric plugs near bed!!! Unbelievable for this day and age. Room dark with sloping roof that I banged my head on several times. Breakfast huge disappointment. On our first morning there was no butter, meat or fruit other than apples. Delivery tomorrow we were told by stroppy waitress. Buffet not replenished efficiently, long wait for eggs, crowded at times. All infuriating. Basic systems need sorting out to make the service run smoothly and improve customer experience. Very disappointing. Wouldn’t go back.

Five minutes walk from station and easy access to lots of interesting places. Comfortable bed, good shower. Spa bath in room but took too long to fill to use more than once. Friendly reception staff. Recommend Delicious Dumplings along the street.

Okay breakfast (limited variety but that's average for swiss hotels of this kind, has the basics, had dairy-free "milk"/coffee which was good). Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location is amazing, close to the station and to bars and restaurants.

The faucet on our bathroom sink was incredibly stiff; simply turning on the water was a challenge. There's no air conditioning during winter months, so you have to sleep with the windows open, which is nice until 2-3 am, when the bars close and all the partiers start yelling in the street. This hotel is also not a great place to meet anyone who's driving a car, because the parking is very limited.

Location is very close to Zurich's main train station, which is one of the reasons we keep coming back. They also provide a very large breakfast buffet, and bring coffee or other drinks like espresso to your table. We also like that every room has a Nespresso machine, plus there's one in the lobby; so it's nirvana for coffee lovers. Very personable, knowledgeable and helpful staff. Decent sized lobby area for meeting friends.

Breakfast is horrible. At 8am half of the food is gone. The plates and cutlery were not washed properly. We found some crumbs on them. It’s better to enjoy breakfast in any cafe or restaurant near by

The location is superb! 10 minutes from the railway station, right in the heart of the old town. Everything is within 10-15 minutes walking distance. The room is quite specious. For 1 or 2 nights it’s quite convenient.

Bear in mind that at the hotel reception upon your check-in, you will be charged a new tax ( 18 CHFin our case) on top of our already paid reservation. Breakfast is quite average, and it looked like by 8:40 a.m., it already ran out of a few items, quite poorly supplied.

The room was a little too small and when we wanted to benefit the free bike rental service as a couple, we were informed that they have only two bikes and one is out of service so we couldn’t benefit it.
