We had a walk from the train station with luggage, seemed not too far on google maps, but with the tram tracks and cobbled streets....could be tricky if you are not fit and agile.

Location was great, far enough away from the bustle and noise, but not too far for a walk to the lake, main square etc. We did not have breakfast as we had an early train next morning.

1) There is no good outside view as the property is on a small inside road. 2) There was some maintenance work going on nearby and it was way too noisy in the morning. 3) The site showed that there was parking on the property but there wasn't.

1) Location is very close to the main railway station, trams stop close by, City center is also near besides there is a Coop store within walking distance where one can buy water, gross, etc much cheaper than the other stores. 2) Room is large with a double bed, bathroom is big and clean. 3) Breakfast was just average

Very quiet when windows are closed but works outside the hotel early morning so better not open the windows.

The only downside is the room was on the small side, but I am guessing it's comparable due to the location of the property being so close to the city center and all the attractions one would like to see when staying in Zurich.

Very convenient location, very closed to the city center, Zurich HB, and the main river/canal. Closed to restaurants and all the other attractions as well. Room was clean, staff was very friendly and helpful.

Awful Vegan breakfast with revolting vegan sausages - no meats or bacon which I was promised on the website and paid for a full breakfast. I shall not pay for breakfast at this hotel again as it is clearly NOT value for money.

Excellent room after I asked not to be opposite the lift on the first floor - The breakfast was just awful and was not worth the cost at all - There was no warning in the website that it was a meal for vegans with no meats bacon and only revolting vegan sausages - I paid for a full breakfast which should have included the meats bacon etc for those who are not vegans and whose stomach and metabolism require these at breakfast. I will not pay for an expensive breakfast again as I am not and will not be converted to the rip off fashion of veganism - clearly this suits the hotel who charge good/full money but do not provide the food promised. A very sad end to my stay.

Room was clean but cleaning could be improved. Removal of cup rim stains on the coffee table and fingerprints on the mirrors would require a very small added effort and gain you a well deserved 10!

Rebecca's cappuchino at Breakfast is the best we had in a long time! Furthermore, she manages breakfast very politely, pleasantly and efficiently. The Location could not be better; just a few meters away from a vast selection of restaurants and a two minute walk from the central train station. The room was well equipped, spacious, airy and comfortable.

Excellent location, <5mins from the main train station, right next to Central hub for trains and buses in the city and the Polybahn if you are visiting the Universities. Very clean and friendly staff. A lot of places to eat around the hotel. Truly nice breakfast!

The place is very close to the main train station transportation hub. It took only 15 mins from the Airport by train! Breakfast is very good but don't forget to ask for your coffee and some salami (those are sustainably saved from wasting)!
