The room wasn't cleaned very well. We saw a noticeable amount of dust and small crumbs on the floor of the room. This wasn't pleasant to be honest for a nice hotel like this. Also there was noise in the evening, we think it was coming from the street, which means the sound insulation wasn't great

Very nice hotel with a great welcoming. We were upgraded to a larger room free of charge which was a great gesture from the management. The hotel ro was big and had great amount of light. The toilet and the showers were good. Great coffee capsules chocolate offered in our room. The breakfast was good and the staff were very friendly both in the reception & the breakfast area.

Some street noise but that's to be expected in a city

Within 10 minutes walk from the railway station and similar distance to the lake. Well situated, good breakfast with gluten and dairy free options. It was good to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Friendly and helpful staff.

Breakfast had very little vegetarian or Vegan options. I could not see any wide spread breakfast buffet. Could not see any options in veg hot breakfast. Could literally smell raw meat in buffet section. Host in reception was not really holding a pleasant and welcoming gesture/smile

since it was a very hot summer, the air conditioning was not enough even though they gave tips to cooler the room, it was not enough. i can imagine its a new problem for them so i would be definitely back.

Just a small thing. Housekeeping was disappointing. We stayed here twice and both times they seemed to forget replenish the bathroom toiletries and coffee for the machine. On both occasions we had to ask receptionist for shower soap and shampoo. We had towels on arrival for our baby but when housekeeping made up the room they took them away!

Convenient location in town. Close to the train station, river, old town and sights. We were able to walk everywhere. Great buffet breakfast and friendly staff. Comfortable beds with the option to choose different pillows. Quiet. despite the noise on the street below and party in the room next to ours, we didn’t hear a thing. Excellent soundproofing.

Room for Improvement: 1. Quality of maintenance in the room. It is worth mentioning that only one of our three rooms had problems at check-in, but these problems seemed a bit sloppy (lightbulb missing from bedside lamp, in-room fridge was locked in an open position so that it was warm and not possible to use, room safe inoperable). Most problems rectified immediately when reported, but our safe was not successfully repaired until the third day following our report). 2. Bathrooms would benefit from a couple of hooks or racks to hang items/towels. 3. Breakfast was okay (fantastic baked goods!), but quality and variety of meats and cheeses was underwhelming. Would have liked to see more variation in breakfast offerings for guests staying multiple nights (selection was pretty identical every day). Super-friendly and engaging breakfast staff!

Fantastic central location at transit hub, excellent family rooms, some nice extra perks, but quality of general room repair/maintenance could be improved. However, would not hesitate to book again. We stayed for 5 nights with nine persons (two young families and a senior), in 3 rooms (two "Family Rooms", and a "Superior King Room". Things we especially appreciated: 1. Family rooms - Good size. Kids really appreciated the foam floor mats, selection of in-room toys and teddy bears, and child-oriented bedding (our rooms featured Peppa Pig, Tom & Jerry, and Dinosaur duvets). 2. Children greatly appreciated the assortment of free Sugus candies and various Gummies at the entrance and front desk 3. Abundance of operable windows for fresh air. 4. Surprise in-room Yoga Mat 5. Helpfulness of certain front desk staff: a) delighted to be able to purchase 24 hour tram tickets directly from the front desk!, b) good recommendations for particular stores, c) helpful to assist in providing transit routes/directions, d) provided excellent accommodation and guidance for a very early morning departure and pre-arranged appropriate taxi bookings. 6. Hotel accommodating our request for rooms located close together - thank you!

The blanket is too warm for summer.

The accommodation is centrally located, yet not noisy. The staff is extremely friendly and empathetic: we arrived much before the check-in deadline and after a 12-hour train journey, they immediately gave us a room. The breakfast selection is not as wide as e.g. In Hungary or Austria, but appropriate. What they serve is delicious and fresh. They serve very good espresso coffee as the guest wishes!

Breakfast was continental, with good selection. Hot coffee /Tea, Selection of juices, breads, fresh fruit. All amenities were in room. Electric kettle, coffee maker, teacup and saucer, complimentary water bottle. 5-7 minute walk to Zurich main train station, 15 min on Train to Zurich airport. They also had a luggage hold after check out and a clean restroom in the hotel for guests to freshen up.
