We confirmed two baby cots for two rooms but they have given only one in one room when we checked in.after that they provided the cot without setting it up.we had to put on the mattress cover by ourselves.also as per booking.com all the rooms has air cooling system.but the hotel told us it is not air conditioned.it just provide the outside fresh air inside the room.the room was too hot we had to take fan

It’s what you expect for a 3 star hotel. Bathrooms need to be cleaner. State it has AC but it’s more like a large fan than actual AC.

the bathroom especially the shower was invested with black mold. it was disgusting. The stuff did offer us a room change. Since we traveled with a toddler and therefore a lot of luggage we didn't take them up on that offer - but this room should not have been given the any costumer in the first place. disgusting.

the Room was very big which was nice since we traveled with our toddler. So there was enough room for the crib and a play area. Unfortunately the breakfast selection was very limited but mostly fresh and regional.

We have stayed with 1 year old boy and room was extremely warm during night. when I booked include A/C and cooling room (changed extra). After enquire the Receptionist simply informed, it stopped working. open the windows. If the windows are open, you can hear all the noise. Specially my one year old had a nightmare.

Breakfast room needs a professional deep clean especially the floor &lower level paintwork. including removal of the pre-covid bread crumbs .from the seats. -- NO EXCUSE FOR DIRT--Guest room safe still not working &soap dispensers left empty from previous guests. TV has only ONE English speaking channel. Shoe polisher in hall is an ornament as it does not work-- Generally it's a high priced tired hotel with lower than acceptable overall maintenance standards.

There is nothing that I did not like.

The location was 5min away from the Hauptbahnhof station and close to Coop supermarket as well as other restaurants and Cafes. I was lucky that it was sunny for 3 days out of my 3.5 days in Zurich so I enjoyed the walking to the Altstadt and Belveue area. If you like Italian gelato and sweets as well the famous Rosti and traditional Swiss food, you have many choices. The staff are amazing: Anna Maria is friendly and ever willing to support and recommended me the Sorrel Hotel Zurichberg's outside terrace restaurant with its stunning view specially during sunset and delicious food while watching the Swiss mountains and houses. It is on too of a hill and beyond the zoo. Linda with her welcoming smile and greeting is also helpful and helped in answering my clarifications and many questions. Soheil during the late shift is always willing to help and answer questions about any inquiry about Zurich Kati during the breakfast time single handedly took care of more than 10 - 12 guests at a time. She even remembered my favourite coffee in the morning. Thank you Sorrel Hotel Rutli and Management and group for hiring such wonderful staff who made my 3.5 at the hotel very memorable and welcoming. I shall be back to stay at your hotel and other Sorrel hotels.

There was a lot of management problems. The check-in profile was deleted accidentally and the room we stayed was given a new guest before our check-out. I had to spoke and work on solving this problem during my 2 night stay. The staff was overall helpful in this situation but they could not fix the issue. Also during my check-out payment was taken 2 times by accident because of this problem. Shortly, hotel is clean and in a great location but there might be many unexpected issues due to their system errors and it cant effect the overall experience.
