There was nothing bad as such. The owner had put all her efforts to make our stay memorable.

Sandras Flat was our home for 8 nights we spent in Switzerland. Location-wise, it is located in the middle of Interlaken and Lucerne so you can travel to both sides easily with you car. The nearest train station is about 5 minutes walk so getting around is also super easy with public transport. The flat itself is on a 1st floor above the laundry room and is in a quite street with magnificent views on 2 sides. Amenities-wise, the flat has everything that you need. Our family of 4 had great time. The owner was kind enough to stack up the fridge with different items including seasonal fruits, juices and milk carton. Additionally there was bread/cereal/pasta and even full Nutella jar. There was bathrobes, slippers and many clean towels provided. In short, the hospitality was above and beyond anything we've seen anywhere so far. Comfort-wise, the bed was super nice including the sofa bed. When we visited the weather was good with only couple of cloudy/raining days. We had fans to use at night when needed. The big terrace at the back with seating arrangement was really useful as well. We did not hear any noise or any disturbance from the neighbors and the street. The flat itself is quite clean but modern accessories. The bathroom and shower area are well designed. Price-wise, it is quite reasonable considering the effort owner puts in to provide all the amenities. Such comfort and peaceful environment cannot be found at this price point. Overall highly recommended for a couple of small family. Given the opportunity, we would love to stay here again.

The fridge was stocked with plenty of food for breakfast. There were various cooking utensils, and the dishes were very clean. The laundry room was excellent as well. It was a perfect house with nothing missing.

Absolutely enamoured with this location! It serves as the ideal hub for embarking on a Swiss Alps adventure, a mere 5-minute stroll to Giswil train station, or a convenient 30-minute drive to Luzern or lnterlaken. Moreover, destinations like Lauterbrunnen or Grindelwald are within easy reach, just a 45-minute car ride away. (Public transport also available from Giswil) Describing Sandra's flat as merely clean would be an understatement; it's pristine, equipped with everything essential for your stay. Exceptionally comfortable, it offers breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside. I wholeheartedly recommend this haven to anyone and eagerly anticipate the opportunity to return myself. It's the epitome of excellence for couples or families seeking top-tier self-catering accommodations in a serene rural setting, complete with awe-inspiring views and picturesque walking trails right at their door

Super nice people and localization. The room is clean and prepared basically everything for the stay. Very cozy for a short family stay. View is also nice, near several cool farms where you can buy fresh milk and eggs.

Lovely location with views of the mountain and cows in the field! It was great to be able to sit outside and sip our glasses of wine and enjoy these fabulous views. The flat has clearly been recently renovated with an enormous shower and also a well equipped kitchen. Sandra had left breakfast in the fridge which we greatly appreciated.

the flat is greatly equipped, in very quiet location and the breakfast goodies provided were amazing. super clean, super comfy we slept really well in the quiet place i’d suggest to visit with car, although the village has train, i feel that car is needed

Very steep steps to the room. No plalce to put wet cloths (private) in such big apartment. A little dimmed light in several rooms.

Excellent stay! The apartment is super comfortable, impeccably clean and well equipped. The location is ideal for walks, hikes and also close to the village amenities e.g. super market. We have not slept that well anywhere else. Our host is great, we will visit soon again.

Room is a little bit small, but no a big deal. Other than that everything was perfect

House is located in a country side village/small town with great views and very quiet area. Town is close to a very lovely road (Panoramastrasse) and 20-30min drive south to attractions such as Pilatus, Satanserhorn Mt etc and 30-40min drive north to attractions in the Interlaken area. The appartment was clean, modern with all facilities (including washing machine and a dryer, all working perfectly. We got items for breakfast for the four days we stayed in advance. Sandra was very helpful and since since she takes care for each and every small item in advance we did not need to ask her help. Everything went smoothly.

It was the best apartment we have ever been in. The house is located in a very quiet and beautiful area. It was perfectly clean, the kitchen and bathroom were equipped with new, high quality equipment. The owner was very nice and helpful. The components for self made breakfast were ready in a fridge. Everything was absolutely perfect.

Limited breakfast If you are a family of 3 or more, prepare to buy your own breakfast as the quantity of same supplied by the property is quite limited. Property is a bit far from Giswil train station, but I rented a car so that was not a problem for me.

location, facilities, breathtaking views Kitchen is well equipped and even there is a laundry room that has a washing machine and a dryer. The terrace is what I liked the most personally, view of sunset from there is mesmerizing.
