We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Great location in the center within walking distance from Bern university. Lots of restaurants and cafes around. Spacious room with sleek and fonctional design, very nice and also super quiet ! Good breakfast and excellent service . Highly recommend this hotel !

The location couldn't be better! Fantastic shower with great water pressure With the outer shades down, that room stayed pitch dark. Perfect for sleeping late! SwitzerlandOne evening there wasn’t any hot water. I phoned reception but I decided to go to bed without my shower before it got fixed. The next morning nobody in reception mentioned it to me but it was hot again. I had to ask the cleaner for tea and coffee for my room as she’d forgotten to replenish it.
Spacious room. Quiet and well located to the station and Christmas markets. The receptionist gave my daughter a goodie bag on arrival which was well received.

SwitzerlandNot the Hotel's fault per se but the downside of a good location is the street noise from pedestrians late at night and delivery trucks early in the morning. Manageable if the windows are closed. Otherwise ,the hotel is very quiet.

The room had everything you would expect in a fine hotel and incredibly clean. Actually felt the hotel interior was recently renovated. I did mention this to the management and I was told the renovation was 7 years ago. The breakfast was very complete and delicious. Great location for a 2 day walking tour of a very fine city.

New ZealandOnly one night we didn’t find anything that we didn’t like except we had to keep the window shut as it opened to the street and it was Saturday night and fairly noisy. The air conditioning was very efficient though.
Hotel Savoy was very welcoming. Unfortunately we only stayed one night as we were in transit but the staff were lovely and friendly. Breakfast was very pleasant and it was very well situated for the railway station.
