Great location with high security as well as very professional behavior of the management and employees, a peaceful and quiet place to rest away from any stress and I definitely recommend this hostel to others.

A bit of a walk to the centre and train station. Bar is only open occasionally. Shower and bathroom is outside and have to pay for warm shower (1 Francs for 8 mins is long enough though)

The rooms could have been a little bigger if I had to be super picky about something I didn’t like.

Sometimes donwstairs people talk to loud but you can tolerate this... But You should be ready to pay by card. they dont have automatic charge from card. I had a problem that bought by bussiness card that I dont have with me. So when we came we pay once again and other payment just came back... But other things was nice... nice room... and so on.

Just to note that there is one central toilet /shower block . Our cabin was a little distance away, so it was bit awkward at times if you need to use these facilities (especially wandering up at night ). Also, if you’re after a very social or party vibes hostel, this one probably isn’t the best. The bar was only opened one of the nights we stayed, and there was no real central common room to meet people, besides the kitchen area.

An incredible location and an extremely clean hostel. The staff were lovely and happy to help . A very calm and chilled hostel , which was what we were after .

The staff were just exceptional—truly the best experience I’ve had with staff at an accommodation in Europe, and I’ve been traveling several months! They were so genuine, kind, and helpful. Liliana especially went above and beyond! The dorm was spacious and comfortable. Plenty of showers. So reasonably priced for a stellar location. Right by the bus stop too!

Could see the Waterfall from the site. Very clean room that was inside the premises. Couldn't hear the bar although we were above it.

The wifi didn't reach our room very well. That's it!

So many things! The location is absolutely amazing, with a splendid view of the Lauterbrunnen valley and the waterfalls. We were greeted by Lillian who made our trip so much better by giving us recommandations on what to visit during our stay. The rooms were comfy, although a double bed would have been better than two twins. The fascilities are shared as it's a hostel, but they were clean and practical. Will come again for sure!

What a place to stay! I don’t think I’ve ever had a view from bed like that. We had a private room and it was just as comfy as a hotel. The staff are wonderful and make sure that you’re happy every step of the way. They even recommended the most scenic and safe route for our drive to Lake Como, which proved to be breathtaking. We have already recommended this place to so many friends and will be back next year. Big Love!

I had a great and unforgettable time at this hostel . I felt like I was in heaven . the staff are the angels who are dedicating their time and energy to make sure everyone is having fun and enjoying the stay . the lovely Debra was so helpful with many tips and recommendations to share . GiGi the butterfly of the hostel, her beautiful smile has a magical touch that makes everyone happy, relaxed and welcomed. the kitchen and the bar were the spot of all magical meetings …. the property was spotless with a walking distance to the shops and restaurants. I definitely recommend it and I am already missing it ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️🇨🇭❤️❤️❤️
