Room was a bit too warm. Had to open the window at night. Also the walls are quite thin.

Swimming pool with steam cabin. Great after long drive. Everything you need for the pool is in your room e.g. pooltowel, slippers and bathrobe. Excellent breakfast buffet and good restaurant. Close to the main road from Luzern to Gotthard but feels far away because of the beautiful location.

The food was not live up to our expectations. Breakfast was good but dinner was disappointing. Starters were okay but both of our main courses were very sad. Worst Cordon Bleu ever in Switzerland...burnt, salty...

It is a lovely room with a beautiful view of the lake. The swimming pool and hot bath are very nice. Staffs were okay but receptionist forgot our dinner reservation.

The sofa in the living room was creaked every time when person was turned to other site and I woken up from this sound.

Gym/fitness area is basically useless, and we were unfortunately fooled to believe that we could have worked out there. There’s no weights at all, no resistance exercise machines. Instead it's only equipped with a trampoline and a single treadmill. Furthermore, our room could have been cleaner.

Beautiful location, good wellness including infrared cabin, steam room and indoor pool with mountain view. Wellness area was clean. Bathrobe and towels were provided, which was perfect. Staff was very kind and always smiling! Breakfast was very good with more than enough options. Plenty of parking spaces available. Good value for money!

Very clean and nice studio room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Pet-friendly hotel! My dog even received a small gift, which was a lovely surprise. I also enjoyed the pool, and the breakfast was great. Thank you!

The room was too hot so we had to have the balcony door open which is wasteful. There wasn't any temp regulator to manually lower the temp.

Minor points. The kid's playroom is underground and dark. The corridor to the Walnuthaus is quite cold.

The staff was very kind and helpful, always available for additional information. The food was excellent, with a great variety. The facilities were good, particularly the kids' playroom, which we found extremely useful. A lot of space for parking. Great view of the lake and the mountains.

The beds were sunken in and quite hard. The pillows were too soft. The paint in our bathroom was peeling off.

The location and the view was amazing. The breakfast buffet was great, the room we had was spacious. It had a pool and a steam bath.

The hotel was old and there were few charging spots, which was inconvenient.

The restaurant staff were friendly and We were able to enjoy our meal comfortably. The building itself is old but clean, and the rooms are very simple. There are three free parking places and it is close to the hotel.

The dinner was awful - overcooked veal and chicken cordon blu was dry and tough! Veal should be tender! Lunch was very good

The end of the beds has a structure made of wood, which is not comfortable to sleep as feet constantly hit the wood and you awakening you each time

There was no blackout curtains in our room, so we woke up by nature's clock. Very very soft pillows, which was no problem, we tucked them in so it was more firm.

For the price we paid, we got a good clean hotel room with facilities to have breakfast, swim in the pool, use the steam sauna. Breakfast was better than expected and the view was stunning. Very professional staff. There were enough parking space, even the parking space had a beautiful view.
